Come and enjoy being in the heart of the vibrant bustling Mount, with secure parking for your cars, walk everywhere, this is perfect for you!

This stylish apartment has it all. Three comfy bedrooms, large open plan kitchen and dining area and a fabulous balcony. This very modern, stylish holiday home is right in the hub, with both the harbor and surf beach in easy walking distance and it is located right downtown. This townhouse is modern and clean with a view from the north facing deck of the Mount where you can enjoy a vino before taking a short stroll to one of the many bars and restaurants.

Ideal for 2 or 3 couples or families who want to be close to the action. Sleeps 6.

Please note that there is a self contained unit downstairs of the townhouse which is also rented through Vrbo so it may be occupied during your stay. It is quite separate from the accommodation upstairs, the levels have separated entry access points, separate outdoor living spaces and can not gain access to each level inside so you have your freedom and space. The listing to downstairs is titled “Mount Apartment in the heart of Bounty Mount” if you wish to book both downstairs and upstairs which would accommodate up to 10 guests. If you rent both places they can be unlocked internally to give you access to both places with internal stairs.

The house is Wheelchair friendly.

This accommodation provides a large secure car park, has both a washing machine and dryer air conditioning and provides free WiFi.

Mount hot pools is a must soak during your stay.

For groceries you’ll find an accessible 4 Square easy walking distance & New World at Central Parade along with cafe's, bike shops and many slick city eatery.

10 minutes’ drive away is the recently upgraded Bay Fair shopping centre with 150 shops and restaurants and the new United seven screen cinema. Bay Wave offers a fun day indoors in the largest pool in the Bay. Complete with wave machine, kiddies play pools and giant slide.

Perfect Stay

This property was perfect for our stay at the Mount. Awesome location, everything was in walkable distance. The property was lovely and clean, great kitchen and living space with a fantastic aircon system to keep the property cool. The property has everything you could need. Would definitely recommend and would happily stay again

Bounty lane

We will definitely be staying at bounty lane again! Was perfect location for the shops and restaurants, with the beach only a few minutes walk away. Property was clean and tidy and had everything we needed and more, there is even brand new toothbrushes available if you forget yours!

Awesome property; very handy location to the shops and restaurants, tasteful decor and particularly comfortable furniture etc. Kerry was lovely to deal with, and she made the entire process stress free. Would definitely recommend this property.
