This cabin is an immaculate retreat cabin nestled in the sage foothills above the Yellowstone river, in beautiful Paradise Valley Montana, just 25 miles from the north entrance of Yellowstone Park. It is our 2nd Cabin finished in 2015 since our Cabin #1 was so successful. It easily sleeps 4 with 2 bedrooms, a Queen bed in each and an Aerobed for extra guests if necessary. The Cabin is brand new with beautiful Custom woodworking. It has real-wood hickory floors, travertine in the kitchen, and tile in the bathroom. The kitchen and bathroom both have exquisite granite countertops. Our horses are often in the pasture across the street and their friendly curiosity helps people feel at home. "We", the owners, are wonderful people! The view is magnificent looking out across Paradise Valley, the Yellowstone river, and to the 10,915 ft. mountains across the valley of the western edge of the Absaroka Range. The Cabin has everything you need for a wonderful mountain adventure and vacation. Friendly, clean, & peaceful atmosphere. Eco-friendly environment - a non-smoking cabin; and it is only a short distance to Yellowstone National Park and/or Chico Hot springs Resort. There is Wildlife to see everywhere, Deer in the backyard, Elk on the plateau... There is a Virtual Video of the Interior of the Cabin available. http://www.youtube.com/embed/JbrYcbiHZfs?rel=0

The cabin has a beautiful view, it was very clean and neat. We enjoyed our evenings at the cabin after visiting the park. Neil is a great host, everything we needed was supplied, even bear spray. We hope to come back again someday.

Thank you Mark it was great being able to host you as well and I am glad that you had an excellent stay and many Good memories!
The cabin was a little further from Yellowstone than we anticipated, but we enjoyed getting away from the crowds. The cabin is beautiful with amazing views of the valley. Make sure and buy supplies before getting to the property as the closest grocery store is about 30 miles away.

Thanks Julie & Dan. Don't forget that Emigrant General Store is 7 Miles away from the Cabin in Emigrant and it is a good, well stocked little store and is often our preference to driving the 27 miles to either Livingston or Gardiner to the Town & Country Markets there. You passed the EGS on the way from the Airport.
We were visiting Yellowstone. We stayed in this beautiful cabin, with all the comforts of home. Beautiful view. Enjoyed the mule deer visiting in front yard. Neil was great to work with and very accommodating with any needs you may have. Enjoyed our stay immensely. You won't be disappointed in staying at this beautiful cabin.
Hard to beat! Every effort was made to make us feel welcome at at home. Neil is very responsive to any needs and concerns.
The cabin is beautiful and sits in a perfect location to relax and enjoy the view.

Beautiful and comfortable
The cabin is beautifully decorated and clean. The views are gorgeous and the property is peacefully quiet. Neil and Linda are very accommodating but never intrude on your space. It's so much nicer having your own space rather than a unit in a complex or room in a hotel, it's more like staying in a home. It's only a 20-25min beautiful ride to Yellowstone.

This is an awesome cabin!
This was the best place l have ever stayed at! It was clean, comfortable, quite and the view was amazing. This is perfect for two couples. Close enough to the park, about 25 minutes. And lots of wildlife to look at along the way. My only complaint is that the shower valve was a little bit temperamental, but plenty of hot water. Thank you Sage Cabin host, we had wonderful say.

Thanks Bert, we appreciate your stay. We will change out the shower temperature control this season, first that I heard about it, it is pretty new...
A bit pricey, but no regrets. In fact, it was incredible!
It was as if Neil's cabin was just built and we were his 1st guests. It was that clean!
The cabin was well equipped, we had everything we needed...and then some.
We made a full breakfast each morning, and the outdoor grill was like new, which came in handy to pack some grilled chicken for hiking. The local steaks we purchased and cooked up came out great too.
As stated in the property details, there is no washer/dryer, but we planned accordingly and didn't miss them.
The property is peaceful and the morning views were amazing.
We were out all-day hiking most days and only caught one sunset/evening out on the deck, which was really nice. Wish we made it back earlier for more sunsets.
The only suggestion we would make is replacing those table chairs, they were rickety and short, which didn't feel to nice on the back.
Good news is, the chairs on the deck were more comfortable and more suitable for relaxing.
All in all, an amazing stay.
We hated to leave, it was that perfect!
Well done Neil!!!

Thank You Mike & Jen, I am glad that you enjoyed your stay at our beautiful Cabin.
My apologies that the Oak Chairs that go as a set with our dinning table were not finished being re-surfaced for your visit but they will be ready for your next visit! The cost value of our Cabin is actually 1/2 the cost of the Sage lodge across the valley actually an amazing value for your own private as-new Cabin with the amazing views and peaceful atmosphere, and of course, wonderful hosts!
Loved the cabin! It was everything we wanted and nothing we didn’t. Just high enough into the hills to have an amazing views but still a short drive back to the main road. Well stocked but not cluttered and amazingly clean.
We had a wonderful stay here. This cottage is immaculately clean. The views are stunning and the property very private. So very happy we found this home to stay in for our first trip to Montana. You will not be disappointed!

Wow! The location of this cabin is unsurpassed! Sitting high above Paradise Valley the views are endless and unobstructed. Simply a perfect location. Quiet and serene. All rooms, very clean and neat. Cabin has everything you need. Sitting on the deck at sunset was very relaxing after a day in the park or valley. Mule deer in yard or hillside each morning and evening added to the experience. Neil may have a few extra supplies he's happy to share (bear spray, ice chest, etc) so just ask after you book. Despite higher temps the week we were there, cabin was cool and comfortable with afternoon/eve shade from mtn. Be sure to review amenities (no Sat TV or oven) but we didn't need or want them. Book this place and you won't regret it. Will be back for sure!
Absolutely amazing hosts and great location. The accommodations are well kept clean and well stocked with the essentials needed for enjoying time in Montana. We could not have asked for better accommodations.
amazing setting!. They view of paradise Valley and the emigrant mountains. Thank you Larry & Tyler,
It was a pleasure to host you, we are glad that you had a wonderful stay and thank you both for taking such excellent care of our Cabin!
The views from the cabin are beyond words. We did day trips to Yellowstone and Big Sky, Mt for some rafting. The cabin was conveniently located for both adventures. Each night we grilled out and enjoyed some family games while gazing at the mountains. Thanks again for sharing your cabin with us.
I cannot express enough how grateful we are to have stayed at Neil and Linda’s property. This cabin is truly amazing. I could not have asked for a better stay. The cabin is the perfect size and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The view is breathtaking with easy access to the main highway to get into Yellowstone. Neil and Linda are so kind and so hospitable. They were very attentive and there to respond to anything we needed. We will definitely be back. This place is incredible!!!

About the host
Hosted by Neil Kremer
Friendly, excellent at Natural Horsemanship, Neil and Linda are both Licensed Health Care Providers.
Why they chose this property
The Cabin was newly finished in July 2015. It is situated in an incredible site overlooking a wonderful and special valley; transformative views.
What makes this property unique
This a "Real Log" Log Cabin, custom built, thoughtfully designed, with beautiful landscaping and great new amenities. It has real Hickory Hardwood floors, Travertine tile in the kitchen with Granite counter-tops, and tile and Granite counter-top in the Bathroom. The Landscaping provides a green oasis that peacefully blends into the natural habitat where deer and rabbits browse, and sometimes you will see Elk on the plateau. The experience of having the horses grazing nearby is also a unique benefit - a taste of real Montana Ranch Life under the blue sky. The night sky is alive with wonder as the stars are close crystal sparkles a-blaze from horizon to horizon. Upon request Neil and Linda would be happy to introduce guests and families to the horses for a "meet-and-greet and perhaps a little Horse Whispering experience.... There is wonderful hiking and views in every direction.
