Welcome to our 3 bedroom beach home walking distance to Parlee beach and also features a separate 1 bedroom guest house located in the private backyard. This property has everything & is perfect for family events. Walking in notice the open concept layout with the 3 bedrooms, bathroom off to the left of the cottage and the Florida room is located to the right off the kitchen. After enjoying the day at the beach, enjoy a nice BBQ while finishing off the night at your cozy firepit in the backyard.

Great family getaway

We enjoyed our stay here. The location was ideal, beautiful spot, and we all (8 people) had enough room to spread ourselves out. The only improvements to be made are in the small details. We didn't have a toaster (the owner brought us one after) , no BBQ utensils, cooking spoons, no locks on the bedroom & bathroom doors, no curtains or blinds and some windows lacked screens. I'm sure that in time, the owner will fix these. Thanks!
