You'll have the whole townhouse to yourselves - the ground-floor open-plan kitchen and living area with its queen bedroom and bathroom, the two upstairs bedrooms and bathroom, the private courtyard and BBQ, and the secure garage for parking and storage.
The Neighborhood:
Central Oasis sits in the central Victoria neighbourhood, an easy base right in the heart of Rotorua. Te Puia's geysers and Maori cultural experiences are a few minutes away, along with the lakefront and the hot pools at Polynesian Spa and Wai Ariki Spa. Downtown's cafes, restaurants and shops are a short walk or drive, and the Redwoods Forest, Skyline, Canopy Tours and Zorb are all around ten minutes on.
Getting Around:
The central location makes getting around easy - the CBD is a short walk or drive, with free parking in the garage. Te Puia, the lakefront and central Rotorua are around 6 minutes away, the Redwoods, Skyline, Canopy Tours and Zorb roughly 10, and Rotorua Airport about 15 minutes.
Other Things to Note:
WIFI runs at around 250 Mbps. The single internal-access garage is secure and handy for bike storage, but the entry can be tight for oversized vehicles - a high van or long SUV may not fit, so on-street parking is the better option for larger vehicles.

Very quiet location while being central to everything you needed.the garage is a bit tricky but my daughter had it down pat in minutesgreat having a bathroom and bedroom downstairs for less agile people like myself. Comfortable and tidy ..a pleasant stay.

Thanks for the lovely review, Leigh. Great to hear the downstairs bedroom and bathroom worked well for you - that layout really does make all the difference. And sounds like your daughter became a garage pro in no time!

Enjoyed our stay. The house was suitable, very spacious and situated down a quiet street. Central location and in close proximity to Kmart and fast food outlets if you get peckish. Did not have TV or microwave but we managed. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.
Family of 4 with two teenage girls. Communication with management was good. Place is centrally located but in a quiet street. Plenty of on street parking and a garage. It's a modern property but could do with a deep clean and a spruce up - shower fittings were rusty and sink taps were loose in places, however everything worked well. Would stay again
It’s a great house for a central Rotorua base. So close to everything. House was well appointed and nice and warm for a winter stay. Secure garage a great addition but don’t plan of parking a big SUV in there!!
InnList who manage the property were faultless. They sorted out a couple of little issues super quick and with a smile. Thanks to Jackie and Jason!
Overall a great weekend,
The location gave easy access to the local area and everything was close for walk or drive.
Good communication and the check in process was clear and easy.
We even received a text ahead to let us know it was ready which was great.
Property was clean and tidy.
A few notes, the garage is a tight angle to fit , took a few tries with the SUV to access.
The room with 2 single beds one of the beds was so uncomfortable our guest resorted to the couch. The mattress rolled heavily to the wall side.
A few more blankets were required, it was pretty cold and we had to access some extras on our own.
That said, other than the bed situation, for a weekend these were small issues in an overall great stay.

Liked: Check-in, communication
Lacks the small things
Communication with the property manager was fantastic, cannot fault them. Plenty of linen and towels etc.
The place itself is ok but unfortunately lacks the small things that I think are important when staying for a week!
No TV, iron or dryer within the house however there is a washing machine. Because we had a bit of rain and it was cold the clothes didnt dry and we still had to go to a laundromat...a dryer would have avoided that.
Wifi was good and came in handy at night for the kids to relax. Central to most places.
No bins in the bathrooms.
Dust on the blinds in the main room upstairs and one blind was broken so we couldnt open.
Beds are not queen size, more like a double, but they were comfortable.
Overall it was a comfortable stay
