A shared exterior spiral staircase leads to the shared rooftop deck, which may be accessed by guests of the neighboring unit. Great location - could easily walk to the beach and village. Communication with hosts was phenomenal! Was fine for our group, but should be aware that there are a lot of steps to get in and out of unit.

We had a nice stay. The location is perfect and the house is well stocked with towels and dishes/utensils. We used the beach wagon they provided almost every day. The pool was warm which was great for our young kids. There were a few minor issues (AC not working when we checked in, broken blinds in one bedroom, pool not heating one day) but the host team was extremely responsive and fixed everything we needed right away! We couldn’t ever figure out how to turn the outdoor lights on but I’m sure they would’ve fixed that too had we asked. Overall a nice stay!

Overall, we had a great stay! The rooms and amenities were great for our family! With little kids, all of the stairs/elevators were not ideal. The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed having some games/puzzles to play. The rooftop was great for views but unfortunately the actual sunrise/sunset were blocked by other buildings. Easy walk to the beach access and access to a pool on property were great! The place looked cleaned and well maintained but our feet/socks got dirty very quickly after walking around. Management was great, very responsive and helpful!

Unit was just as described. Very clean and well decorated. The beds were comfortable. It was a short walk to the beach. Cons: a lot of stairs but they do have an elevator. The pool is very tiny and was so hot.

Great 3 bedroom place super close to Siesta Key beach. Property was nicely decorated, clean, and really close to the shops / restaurants on Siesta Key. Would definitely stay here again.

Great family rental

Our stayed was amazing the house is in a prime location right across from the beach, the pool was great, overall the house exceeded our expectations. We fall in love with the neighborhood and hope to come back soon. Everything was accessible and super close. Great house for a family vacation. We missed Siesta Key already.

this house was great! only issue was the elevator did not work for the entirety of our stay. Other than that the location to the beach was amazing, the hopper took just a short ride into town but also walkable and the pool was amazing. beds were also super comfy!

Amazing Experience

We had an amazing experience at this residence. The management company was so welcoming and responsive. The property was very clean and beautiful. It is a 2 min walk to the Siesta Key beach and the property has so many beach goodies in the storage (beach chairs, umbrellas, life vests for toddlers, fun floaties). They also provided laundry detergent, hand soaps, beach towels, paper towels, dishwasher pods etc. We can't wait to come back. The pool area has a small fridge and a TV, too.

This house is amazing. Note that there are a lot of stairs. Like a lot. There is an elevator, but those can malfunction. Don't rely on that if your anyone in your party can't do stairs. Have fun! Sarah

Summer Beach Vacation

This property is absolutely beautiful. The pool was the perfect size for cooling off and lounging. The interior (and exterior) is beautifully decorated and has all of the appointments needed for a week long stay. The management company was SO prompt and responsive when we had an issue with one of the exterior door locks. The maintenance guy was working on something on the next door unit and we chatted with him, happened to mention a broken beach chair. He brought us another one. Just as really great property, management and location. Just the relaxing week we needed. Thanks to all!

Enjoyed our stay. The house is lovely and modern. The pool area was one of the must haves for us but we were unable to use it as the noise from the pump was unbearably loud. The pool pump ran all day and night and made it difficult to sleep in the back bedroom on the second floor. Handrail at the very top set of stairs is not secure. Water pressure in the kitchen was not strong enough and there didn’t seem to be hot water at the kitchen sink which made kitchen cleanup a challenge. Bathrooms could have used a few more towels. The bottom of the sliders facing the street on the top floor were dirty and moldy, didn’t appear as if they had been cleaned in quite a while. The furniture and beds were very comfortable, but one of the chairs in the living room is starting to tater. We did enjoyed our vacation but are not certain we would return to this property don’t think it was worth what we paid.
