Wonderful place to stay. Perfect for a girls trip!! Restaurants and stores walking distance was also so convenient. If I had to say anything to improve, need blankets or afghans for family room.

The house was amazing, clean, and beautiful. Loved the location! So close to the beach and the bus stop. They even had wagons, beach chaira, umbrellas, and a pack and play for our son! Would totally stay again!

We had such a an amazing time and the house was perfect! Steps from the beach, such a great location. It was also a great size for our family. We stayed in the lower unit, two kids so each had their own room. Would stay here again!

Great beach house!

We spent a week at the house and had an amazing vacation with the short walk to the beach and the shops and restaurants on Siesta Key. We will definitely be staying again in the future and renting the whole house with more of our family members.

This house is a gem! Wonderful accommodations in an amazing location with extreme proximity to the beach and town. Everything you need for the beach is provided - chairs, umbrellas, cooler and ice packs. The pool is beautiful and the inside of the house is very comfortable. Everyone in my group agreed we’d love to return.

Location, location!!

If you are looking for the perfect vacation rental, look no further! This place has it all! Just few steps to the beach, very short walk to the Village and the home has all the amenities! Beautiful heated pool with hot tub. Nicely furnished with comfortable beds. Our family had a great time!

Great house in Siesta Key Village.

Our family had a great stay in Ryan and Dawn's house in Siesta Key. Wonderful pool and hot tub. The condo is cozy and well equipped. Just a few minute walk to all the shops, bars and restaurants in The Village and literally a few steps from the beach. We've stayed in The Village many times and this is by far the best place we've stayed in. Highly recommended and we will be back!

This property was spectacular and we will absolutely be staying here again! Everything was extremely clean when we checked in and as pictured and described online; very well maintained. Plenty of beach towels and bath towels, comfortable beds, everything you need for the kitchen, and pool toys/beach chairs. Can’t say enough great things about the pool. We were there for spring break with our daughters who are seniors in high school so we viewed many pools rented by friends throughout the week. This one was the biggest and had the most spacious layout with lots of sun (but you could find a shady spot in the afternoon based on the way the house is set). The beach access and free trolley stop were just steps from the front door. Couldn’t have asked for anything more!

We had an amazing stay at this property in Siesta Beach! We rented the downstairs unit, and it was perfect. The house has everything you could possibly need and more. It’s fully equipped with beach gear, the beds are super comfortable, and the bathrooms are spotless.The location is unbeatable, right next to the beach and just a short walk to the Village. The pool area is spectacular and the jacuzzi is beautiful too, though it wasn’t heating during our stay.Still, everything else was flawless, and we will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this place!

Amazing location, family friendly

This was super close to the beach and an easy walk to the village. Spectacular location! If you've never been to Siesta Key before, the beaches are AMAZING. The house was cute inside and out, very clean, and fully appointed. It had everything we needed inside and also for the beach. I was a little nervous because there was only one review when we booked, but when we checked in I was relieved to see that it definitely matched the photos and description. The pool was even prettier than the pictures in the listing at the time that we booked (I'm attaching some new ones we took right after the pool cleaner came). The one disappointment was that there were issues with the hot tub, which was malfunctioning more days than it worked and spontaneously drained itself twice. The owner was responsive to our texts about this and did send a repair person, but it was unfortunate. Assuming they are able to get this glitch resolved, we would be happy to stay there again. The week we were there, there were no renters in the upstairs of the duplex, so we had the backyard to ourselves, which was a bonus.

This property was awesome! My family and I stayed for 6 days. It was very clean. Owner responded to every question immediately. I even called him with a question, and he answered the phone immediately. He allowed us to enter the property early because it was ready and cleaned. It was right across the street from beach access 8 and easy walk to Siesta Key Village. Amazing experience!

Home was beautifully updated and decorated with a lovely new outdoor pool and hot tub. Host was very responsive and friendly. Loved its close location to the beach and village since we walked everywhere! Pool and patio was a lovely plus and we really enjoyed it all!
