Nestled along Hwy 17 in between Jacksonville & Palatka is the beautiful little town of Green Cove Springs. The St Johns River bends along the waterway here and the area is sheltered by the gorgeous green trees that surround the area. Spring Park’s Pier & Waterfront feature a state-of-the-art playground for children, covered shelters and some shade to have a picnic & relax. The public spring fed pool* has water that surges up from below at a reported rate of 1,346 gallons per minute and at a constant temperature of 77 degrees! It flows from the spring, through the municipal spring pool and finally into Spring Run as it makes its’ way to the St Johns River some 200 feet away. From a variety of festivals each year to fishing and other water adventures, golf courses, the St Augustine Outlet Malls, visiting Historic St Augustine or adventuring north to Jacksonville and everything they have to offer – this is a great little spot to truly get away, relax and enjoy the beauty of the St Johns River and area around you. Hiking, Biking and plenty of outdoor adventures all around the area.

Our Pine Ave Home is only about 1 mile from the riverfront and the park. Full Kitchen with stainless steel appliances, Laundry, WIFI and Amazon Firestick TV. Bring your Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime or Disney + account info and be able to view any of your programming. There are also free apps available! Everything you need for a relaxing get away! We have several bikes available for use, including bike locks. We also have 2 kids fishing rods/reels available - be sure to get your fishing license for use!



Pet Friendly - pets less than 40 lbs - additional cleaning/pet hair removal fee required. Pets must be disclosed in advance. Fee is per pet. (Max 1 pets) All dogs are to be treated with Advantage or similar topical flea and tick repellent three (3) days prior to arrival. Fleas and ticks are very rampant in this area and can cause harmful/fatal illness to humans and pets. All items above are the sole responsibility of the dog owner. Failure to disclose the pet in advance will result in a $500 fee. Any damages from the pet are not covered by the limited damage waiver.



Certain Boats, RV's or Trailers may be allowed - there is an area for parking them. Must be approved in advance, based on size.



Propane is not provided. If there is some left from a prior guest, that's great. Otherwise you can take the tank provided and swap it out at a local grocery or hardware store. We also do not provide firewood. There are many places around to purchase it if you decide to use the firepit!

**Parties are strictly prohibited - as noted in the rental agreement. Penalties will be enforced. The property is monitored by Noise Aware as noted in the booking agreement.



ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE

Guest Arrival is anytime 4pm EST or after. If the property is approved for early arrival, you will receive a message letting you know you can arrive early and we will activate the door code. If you do not receive a message, then the arrival will remain at 4pm EST.



Guest Departure is anytime 10am EST or before. If you have not departed by this time and do not have written prior approval for a late departure, you will be assessed a $50 late departure fee for every 30 minute delay. The Cleaning Services we use schedule their teams for multiple cleans in advance and any unplanned delays create issues. With unscheduled/unapproved late departures, they are required to bring in additional team members to assist, which incurs a higher cost that must be charged. Any requests made for a late departure must be made a minimum of 24 hours in advance of departure time and are subject to approval/availability.
