2 Scott street- The Beach House

Summary:

Perfect location for a beach getaway!

This home is situated in a great location about a 5 min walk to Goolwa Beach where you can have so much fun with the whole family. Alternatively pack your golf sticks too for a fun filled getaway.

As soon as you enter this beach house you will feel relaxed and automatically go into holiday mode.

Open plan living area with plenty of room including ceiling fans, reverse cycle a/c, dining table which looks out to the entertaining area. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and a coffee pod machine.

Master Bedroom has a King size bed, built in robe and ceiling fan and ensuite.

Bedroom 2 also has a Queen size bed and built in robes, ceiling fan and a TV.

Bedroom 3 has a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and a single bed on the top.

Bedroom 4 has 2 sets of single bunk beds.



Main Bathroom with a bath, shower. Separate vanity and separate toilet.

Laundry has a washing machine.



The Outdoor fully undercover area is fantastic for entertaining , sitting back and relaxing with a BBQ. The outdoor area is well equipped with wooden dining table, a cosy cane setting and plenty of extra seating available.

A small well behaved pet may be considered also.



* A $750 refundable security BOND is required on all bookings & must be received prior to receiving key collection instructions

* Please report any cleaning issues or maintenance on arrival to avoid any responsibility issues on departure     

* Guests are asked to remove all excess rubbish on departure

* Porta Cots & High chairs available for hire through Elders Goolwa

* Quilts with covers and pillows are provided but you will need to bring your own fitted & flat sheets, pillowcases, towels and tea towels or hire them through Victor Linen on 0419 803 769

* We DO NOT accept Schoolies Bookings or group bookings of under 25's

* We have a NO PARTY / BUCKS / HENS / LARGE GATHERING policy at our holiday homes

* NO PETS unless agreed in writing

* Please respect neighbours & keep the peaceful atmosphere of this residential location

* Payment is acceptance of our Terms and Conditions so please ensure you have read and understood them, and any cancellation refunds will have the credit card fee deducted
