This beautifully presented 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom beach house is perfectly positioned in the heart of Fairhaven, just a short 5-minute stroll to the beach, the Inlet, or local shops. Designed for comfort and relaxation, it features two spacious living areas, ideal for families or couples holidaying together.

Upstairs, the open-plan living, kitchen, and dining zone takes full advantage of stunning views over the ocean, lighthouse, and Painkalac River. Enjoy the warmth of the Jindarra wood heater in cooler months, or stay cool with reverse-cycle air conditioning. Entertainment is easy with Wi-Fi, a TV with Foxtel, and access to a large deck complete with gas BBQ and panoramic coastal views.

Downstairs is perfectly zoned for additional guests or kids, featuring:

One bedroom with single bunk with a trundle bed - plus an additional single bed (sleeps 4)

After a day in the surf, rinse off in the hot outdoor shower and settle in for the evening by the wood fire. With heating, cooling, Foxtel, Wi-Fi, and modern amenities throughout, Ocean Breeze offers year-round comfort and a laid-back coastal escape for up to 10 guests.


Linen not supplied. BYO Linen is customary on the Surf Coast. Pillows and doonas (with covers) are supplied, but guests should bring their own linen (pillow covers and sheets) and towels. Alternatively, linen and towels can be arranged for an additional cost on request.

Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.

Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.

All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
