House was like new with updated everything. House was clean and tidy. Pool was great and kids and adults enjoyed the putting green. Great to have options of regular drip coffee and K-cups. Loved that everything was labeled so you knew what the light switches were for and what was in the closets!

Great for groups

This house was great for our two-family group. The split level (three beds/two baths up, two beds/one bath down) worked well for small children who needed quiet earlier in the evenings. There are a few design quirks: the master bath does not have a shower (bath only, so one shower up and one down) and the pool isn’t heated. We still got in the pool but it will probably be more enjoyable in the warmer months. The property manager was quick to respond to a few questions we had about the house. The putting green and pool table were great, and the whole house was clean and well-apportioned. There is a small playground around the corner and the home is conveniently located. We would rent this house again.
