Perfect stay!

This property has in an excellent location, was extremely clean, and had excellent amenities! Our host, Mark, was very communicative and helpful! We had an awesome Easter week stay and would highly recommend the property!

Wonderful home!

Just stayed here for 5 days in June. Home was beautiful and just as pictured. Host was communicative and the amenities had everything we needed. Short walk to restaurants and the beach. Very quiet and peaceful. Crabby Bill's and Slyce are must eat places if you visit.

Everything is as described. A short walk to the beach. Plenty of chairs, toys for the beach along with a wagon to transport. The home is beautifully decorated and well stocked with everything you might need. Would definitely stay here again!

Fourth of July beach trip

We had an amazing time and the property is beautiful and very clean! Mark is amazing and was always available and responsive. He took the time to make sure our stay was wonderful. I would definitely recommend staying here and it is just minutes to the beach. This is a wonderful, comfortable home. We will definitely stay here again.

The property is in a secluded location but only one block to the beach. Nice and quiet but still close to the beach. The owner was great to communicate with and loved the snacks and water provided. Such a unique home! Liked having beach toys, towels and chairs available for use! We would definitely stay again!

The Best Spring Break

This was our first time as a family staying at IRB and this house was PERFECT for our family of 5 the surprise snack basket for the kids was so thoughtful! House was very clean and well kept we enjoyed the dock at night catching catfish! Mark thought of everything and was so easy and helpful to work with! Truly appreciated the beach wagon, cooler, hairs and boogie boards. You can’t go wrong staying here we will definitely be back

All Was Great.

The house is secluded but a literally 3 minute walk to the beautiful beach and the restaurants and businesses. House was well appointed and could easily accommodate two families. We hung out on the back porch quite a bit and paddleboarded down the canal to the intercoastal. The house was just very comfortable for hanging out, but because it was so close to everything we spent most of our time checking out the area. We had never been to the Tampa St Petes area previously, so there was much to see and do. Did a lot of beachcombing. Owner was very responsive and accommodating.

Wonderful!

Great house, great location and an awesome host! Everything is within walking distance - the beach, coffee, bakery, CVS, restaurants... and a very short drive to more restaurants or the Publix. The house is equipped with everything you need and Mark (the host) was incredibly helpful and responded right away to any questions. Our stay landed on the week that Hurricane Nicole also came to visit, so we spent a full day inside but never lost power or had any water issues, hooray!

IRB Getaway

This property was exactly as described. So close to the beach and walkable to many great restaurants! The kitchen was well stocked, plenty of towels were provided and beach chairs for everyone were available. I have stayed in IRB for over 20 years and this was one of the best places we have rented😊

A hidden gem!

This place is truly a hidden gem in IRB. We really enjoyed our time here, the house absolutely had everything for our needs, especially with an infant. Really appreciated having a high chair, pack n play, and monitor etc so we didn't have to travel with that. The house itself is super cute, and love that it's on the water - made for relaxing evenings. The beach is a 2 minute walk away so very convenient. Check in process was very easy, and Mark was a very gracious and considerate host. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again for our next visit.

This house is amazing! Clean. Fantastic amenities. Awesome location. Just can’t give it a 5-star rating because there is absolutely no reason for there not to be more blinds or more privacy in most of the home. In most of the rooms, you’ll totally feel like you’re on display for all the neighbors, one of which is the owner. If you value privacy like you would receive at any hotel, this is not the place for you. Otherwise, it is a very nice place.

Great 4th of July trip.

We throughly enjoyed our stay and the neighbor was more then accommodating. The house was clean with plenty of amenities and towels etc.. The location was fantastic and an easy walk to the beach, an ice cream shop, and restaurants. The dock was easily accessible and we were able to get out into the ocean quickly to fish. If I had to pick one downside to the property it would be the tight parking for large vehicles/trucks, but again the neighbor was more than accommodating. We would gladly stay here again.

This was the cutest house looked just like the pictures. Stayed here with our grown children and they thoroughly enjoyed it as well. This house was also fully loaded with linens, towels and everything you need in the kitchen and beach. Super close walk to the beach enjoyed the wagon and toys! We will definitely be back. Awesome house 2 minutes from the beach!

My family had an amazing time staying here. The beach, ice cream, restaurants, cvs were all less than a five minute walk. Loved sitting in the screened in porch while the kids fished off the pier. House was fully equipped with everything that we needed including coffee, creamer, sugar, water and snacks. Loved that we didn’t need to bring anything for the beach. The house fit my family of 6 perfectly. Everything in this house brand new! We cannot wait to stay again next year. Thank you for a great stay!!!

Beautiful and convenient

This home is an easy walk to everything - the beach (wagon, chairs, etc. included!), coffee, ice cream, restaurants. We loved being able to walk everywhere. The home is absolutely beautiful. It was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay. We spent so much time sitting outside on the dock. I would stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.

Amazing Beach Home!

We had a wonderful stay at this waterfront home! The home was just as pictured and had everything and more that we needed. We enjoyed using the fire pit and barbeque, fishing off the deck and the amazing views of the intercostal waters in the back yard. It was right across the street from the beach and there are shops and places to eat within just a few minutes walk. Right across the street is an amazing ice cream shop and a great bakery with tasty treats and coffee. The host was welcoming and readily available. It was a great trip our family would definitely stay here again!
