Don't look any further - this one nails it! Combining modernity, luxe comfort, space and prime location, it's hard to beat on any level. You seriously won't want to leave!
The jewel in the crown is the view so let's start there. This glorious holiday home sits right opposite the north end of Mollymook Beach and takes full advantage of its amazing location. With 180 degree views of sand sea and sky, you might just spend the whole holiday on the lovely long balcony! But comfort and style beckon inside.
Upstairs is open plan living, with dining, a fully equipped kitchen and lounge looking out over the ocean. The kitchen includes all mod cons, such as dishwasher and coffee machine, the dining suite seats 8 and the lounge is perfect for a group, sitting in front of the smart TV (there is free WiFi) and, if you need it, the cosy gas fireplace. The decor is impeccable and welcoming.
Enjoy relaxing on the sun lounges with a book as a beach alternative in the morning, or a wine out on the balcony after your day. Whether you enjoy cooking in the modern kitchen, or use the BBQ area in the established garden, there's plenty of room for entertaining. With some lovely restaurants in the area, there are so many options!
When it comes to bedroom configurations there's something for everyone. There are 2 Queen bedrooms and a bathroom, with shower and bathtub, upstairs to the back looking out over the garden. Downstairs there are 3 bedrooms: 1 Queen, a twin and one with single bunks, plus a bathroom with shower. All bedrooms except the bunk room have ceiling fans and BIRs. There is also a laundry with another toilet.
The double garage has internal access and contains a Foosball table, great entertainment for the children (or adults!) and the secure backyard provides further options for playing outside. There is off road parking as well as street parking and all linen is provided, including beach towels. Tick, tick, tick!
In undeniably a top location, this home makes a wonderful base for a glorious holiday. Literally a few metres from the sand, in the heart of Mollymook, known for its holiday village vibe and pristine beaches and only a short walk to shops, cafes, and restaurants, this location has it all.
It's just a short stroll to some fabulous eateries, such as Bannisters Pavilion, the popular fusion restaurant, Gwylo, and Rick Stein's Bannisters up the hill. A small supermarket, pharmacy and newsagent are conveniently at the end of the road. Alternatively, walk the foreshore of Mollymook Beach to the south end where you will find the golf club with its family-friendly bistro, cafes, surf club, and occasional Mollymook markets (every 5th Saturday of month).
Whether you're looking to just relax at the beach, surf, fish or take up standup paddle-boarding, there are a host of activities on offer. The area offers beautiful walks, golf, wineries, even a spa should you be feeling self-indulgent!
Hop in the car and a short drive takes you to Milton, a delightful historic village full of shops, galleries and eateries. Or head south for 10 minutes to Ulladulla which provides a full range of amenities.
This is a wonderful holiday spot and Beach Road holiday home is the perfect place to enjoy it from.
