We had a great vacation with our large immediate family of 11. Kids had a blast with all the arcade games in the game room. The house was of excellent size and setup but there are some updates needed for key amenities. The hot tub leaked and lost significant water each day that we were constantly filling it. It also tripped off in the beginning which we got a service call for by midweek. Towards the end of the week the washer knob broke and we couldn't do any wash our last full day. Also all the sliding doors and screens need new hardware, greasing, or new doors period as they were very difficult to open and close. Otherwise a good price for oceanfront housing in a nice location.

Well, we received no check-in instructions. I had asked for an early check-in and was told I would receive a text message that I never received. I called the emergency number and spoke with a lady who gave me the pass code to enter the house, but stated she was at a company dinner and would get with me later. We didn't get into the house until around 10 pm. I called multiple times about this issue and was told I would receive a return phone call which never happened. Very poor experience! I thought there should be a compensation for getting into the property so late but I kept being blown off my management. Extremely poor management and I'm assuming no reimbursement for my wasted time outside the property. I highly not recommend as I still have not received a follow up call from the rental company!
