This was a great house for a multi-generational holiday. Plenty of space to spread out or gather together. The host was super responsive to queries throughout the stay. The pool in the listing is actually a recreational pond which wasn't exactly what I was expecting, but is kind of cool.

Fabulous property! Stunning backdrop, well thought out supplies. Very quiet spot. We had a wedding party attend for photos and it was perfect. I will mention that a couple of guests got lost due to weak GPS signal coming in so plan your route or travel together and the entry road is a little steep but our cars were totally fine. Loved, loved loved our stay

Beautiful House in Olinda

The house was amazing and super clean. Only thing was the garage wasn’t operational during my stay which made it difficult to get cars out but we made it work. Also the road towards the house is very steep and has lots of loose gravel which can be hard if you don’t have suv or an awd car.

A hidden gem

We booked the property for a weekend to celebrate a 30th. Only good things to say about this property and the host, Frank. Everything as pictured in the listing. The property has some of the most incredible views I’ve seen. Despite its location, you really feel secluded. The entertainment room was the perfect space for everyone to be together and do what they wanted and it was so spacious. The pond is a natural pool which was amazing! Host was very responsive and kind.

Million dollar views!!!

The views here are just phenomenal. I could get used to waking up to that. The house is very generously appointed and spacious. The kids loved the table tennis, billiards, foosball and video games. There's decent shops nearby in Monbulk and some great speciality shops in Olinda too. Beautiful forest. Puffing Billy just down the road. Yet at the house it feels like you're miles away in the wilderness as it's so private, secluded. Frank was very welcoming and his communication was great.

A good house for a group of 8 adults but we booked for 10. We expected to have a futon so that all couples had seperate sleeping however it was set for 4 people to share bunks. Not really a comfortable situation. We found that the fridge wasn't working properly and we had to defrost the freezer and clen up melted ice. Even though the charge for the house was expensive we were told to strip all beds.

Close, but so far away

Only 25 minutes from south eastern suburbs, you feel like you're in the country, with green trees as far as the eye can see.. House is beautiful equipped with everything you need. To wake up on that verandah with that view, priceless..
