Centrally located to all Vasse/Kealy attractions, this is your go to holiday home for a family or group of friends. The property has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining, separate lounge area, laundry and double lock-up garage, outdoor furniture and nice garden area. .
There are 2 queen and 1 double bed. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity, and 2 large walk-in robes. The family bathroom has a large shower, bath and large vanity, with a separate toilet. The family space is an open plan kitchen, dining and living area, with a separate theatre room.
The location of Napolean Holiday Retreat in Kealy is the best feature. Kealy is at the gateway of Busselton, Dunsborough, Abbey and Margaret River - allowing you to enjoy all the amazing south west holiday adventures from beaches, to wineries/Breweries, to shopping and exploring. The township of Vasse has a great shopping and restaurant complex, playgrounds for children and The Shed Markets and Amelia park are a short drive down the road.
The house is fully self contained with all linen and towels provided along with tea and coffee facilities, full kitchen and laundry facility with washer and dryer, and WiFi.
All bed linen and bath towels are provided for the number of guests booked which is supplied by a professional linen company.

Additional note: - $200 refundable security deposit is required prior to your stay. This will be refunded within 7 days after checkout, provided no damage, excessive cleaning, or policy violations are found during the property inspection. - ID of the primary guest is required prior to check-in. - Busselton’s close to natural wetlands, so from October to January you may notice some mosquitoes and midges, especially at dawn and dusk. It’s a normal part of the area. We recommend bringing repellent for a more comfortable stay.
This property offers fully self-contained accommodation, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay. To get you started, we supply essential items such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, tea, coffee, milk, and some cleaning products for the first couple of days. We also provide a selection of basic kitchen supplies—please contact us for a full list. If you require additional supplies during your stay, our office can assist with restocking, which may incur a small fee.

The property was very clean and tidy! Awesome size for a family. Close to the shopping precinct, if you need anything. Would definitely book again if we’re staying in the area.

NOT NEAR BEACH- beach a couple of kilometres away. One window couldn’t lock, another hadn’t been locked. Therefore, security an issue. Outside seating area had leaking roof, wetting chair cushions.
Rooms & bathrooms were clean. Loads of games. TV large screen. Dining area spacious.
Kitchen well equipped. Wonderful to have large garage providing safe area to pack and unpack, ready for days out.
Excellent laundry and area to dry clothes ( including drying rack when raining).
Overall great stay, however needed car to get to beach(as reduced mobility).
Nice clean place, but mattresses are sagging and should be replaced.
Also no communication that someone would come and open/ access garage snd proper during the stay. I heard the garage door opening but by the time I went out whoever it was had gone. I know someone came in while we were out on One day as things had been rearranged in the pantry. This is unacceptable and creepy especially without any notice.
