Remys Retreat, Bright

Get away to this comfortable, holiday townhouse. Five minutes from town, walking/bike tracks, the parks and river you won't need you car at all! All four bedrooms are located upstairs and the kitchen/dining/living area downstairs.

This property is managed on behalf of the owner by Bright Holidays (part of the Dickens Real Estate group).

BEDROOM CONFIGURATION (Sleeps a maximum of 9 people)
Bedroom 1 - Queen Bed - direct access to main bathroom and wall mounted television.
Bedroom 2 - Queen Bed
Bedroom 3 - 1 x Tri-Bunk
Bedroom 4 - 2 x Single Beds

All linen and towels provided.

KITCHEN & DINING
You will no doubt enjoy the spacious kitchen and dining area with electric cooking, fridge and microwave provided as well as dishwasher to make washing up a breeze. The large dining table can comfortably seat all guests and directly accesses the outdoor area for al fresco dining.

LOUNGE & ENTERTAINMENT
The dining room flows seamlessly to the large lounge with ample seating for all guests and a smart TV & DVD player.

WIFI available.

HEATING & COOLING
There is a large reverse cycle heating/cooling unit in the dining room which services the entire downstairs area and a split system air conditioner to cover the upstairs area. Ceiling fans in 3 of the bedrooms (bunk room does not have a ceiling fan).

BATHROOMS
The main bathroom features a shower, vanity and toilet. The second upstairs bathroom has a shower, vanity and toilet. The addition of a downstairs powder room with toilet and vanity is a welcome bonus.

OUTDOORS
A small private courtyard can be accessed from the dining area which leads on to a fully fenced grassed area. An outdoor setting all and a gas BBQ means you can enjoy the outdoors before retiring inside.

PET POLICY
Remys Retreat has a strict NO PET policy.

LAUNDRY
The laundry is complete with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. There is a clothesline behind the single garage.

PARKING
There is parking available at the property as well as a single lock up garage.

Camera Club Bright Weekend

Highly recommend this accommodation for a group. Eight of us from the same Camera Club enjoyed Remy's Retreat for our weekend in Bright during the Autumn Festival. The room configurations were terrific for our group and the location was ideal with only a short walk across the bridge into town.

Very nice classic but also modern place

Very nice wood feel but with modern touches. Wifi and smart tv really made the place feel like home. Beds and space in general is plenty

Reviewer Comments: Easy to find off the main town centre, close to supermarket, cafes, shops, petrol station etcHouse is 2 levels, split system on both levels, kitchen utilities all provided, 3 bathrooms, plenty of additional bedding which was not required as the heating worked perfectly. One bathroom upstairs is a bit of a tight squeeze, but the second bathroom made up for it. Extra towel hanging space required in the smaller of the upstairs bathroom required. Some of the kitchen amenities required re-washing but other than that, everything about the place was lovely!

Excellent property, our only issue are the mattress es on the beds are like concrete slabs, they need to have toppers available or replacing completely.Other than that it’s a fantastic accommodation place.

Clean, Convenient and Homely

Really great property to stay at during snow season. It was super spacious, only con to place is that it didn't have a drying room for snow gear. This is a great house to book for a spring/autumn holiday
