Welcome to Property 285, a stylish 2-bedroom home with loft and screened-in porch that can accommodate 6 guests. Enjoy access to the West Point Association amenities including a sandy-beach, tennis courts, and playground which is just a short walk or drive away.

Trexler's Marina is just a mile away if you are looking for boat rentals to get out on the lake during your stay.

The main level of the home features a cozy living area, replete with a sectional sofa, a fireplace and a wall-mounted Smart TV.

The chefs in your group will enjoy cooking in the very well-equipped kitchen located just off the living room. It features stainless steel appliances and plenty of room for meal prep.

Guests can enjoy their culinary creations at the dining table with room for six, which is located in the kitchen. The spectacular screened-in porch can be accessed off the kitchen and living area.

At the end of a day spent outdoors, guests can get some rest in one two well-appointed bedrooms and in the loft:

Lake Winnipesaukee

The house is very comfortable with large living area. We really enjoyed the screen porch. Would have loved a couple more rocking chairs out there. The bathroom with the only shower is accessed through one of the bedrooms. So anyone sleeping in the loft has to go through a bedroom to get to the shower. We would have loved an upgrade on the bath towels. Otherwise, the property was great for all our needs. Nice having the pickleball courts down the street. It was very clean with comfortable beds.

West Point Rd

The cottage was great; high quality fixtures and furnishings with tasteful décor. The location was peaceful and provided easy access to all the lakes region has to offer. The property team was communicative and helpful. I was disappointed with the state of master bath, lack of vacuuming under the couch and large amount of cobwebs (inside and outside) the screen port. Both the master bath toilet and shower needed much more attention. I was unwilling to have cleaning personnel back into the small space with my son's family of 3 plus a dog in addition to my husband though I'm confident the property team would have addressed it. I gave it a quick scrub but I strongly recommend that the shower tiles on the lower portion of the shower get a deep cleaning and perhaps a re-grout. We actually found a dried plum under the coach while fetching my granddaughter's toy (gross). I also swept the screens inside and outside the screened porch. I recommend adding this to the cleaning list. Three functional items would have made our stay even better: 1. Instructions on which combination of wall switches and remotes control which fans and 2. Rubber spatulas and metal spatulas. The plastic half melted one was ineffective and the large grilling metal one was to big for stove side cooking. 3. Have the cleaning service store the outdoor cushions and remaining firewood on the screen porch to prevent them from getting wet. Thx for listening.
