The Sandpiper Cottage is simply beautiful! This fully updated canal front property is the perfect vacation stop for you and your family. With 3 spacious bedrooms (one is a master suite!) and 2 full bathrooms you'll be the family favorite for years to come!

Your family will love the open living and kitchen area complete with new granite countertops and a breakfast bar with seating for 3, all new interior paint and a spacious sun deck. This mid-level also features the master suite with a queen size bed.

On the top level you'll find a bedroom with a queen bed, a bedroom with a full over full bunk and a full bathroom.

After a day at the beach, the outside shower is waiting for a quick rinse and then some relaxation on the porch while you enjoy the water views. As the evening begins to roll in enjoy a family gathering around the fire pit with some marshmallows.

This Colington Harbour home also features access to a beautiful soundfront park with sandy beaches and playground, sheltered picnic areas, community swimming pools, basketball court, tennis courts, boat launch with marina, fenced dog park, and much more!

A well behaved Fido is welcome to join the fun!

Mom was with us and found the stairs to be difficult and there are no screens on the bedroom windows. Overall the stay here was good and we will definitely check it out again for future stays.

The well kept, updated home was in a great location in Colington Harbour where we enjoyed the pool, playground, beach and fishing. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. Huge plus was the fenced in yard. It was only a short drive to wonderful dining options, shops, grocery stores and the beach. We’re already looking forward to staying next year!
