Sleeps 10 - Pet Friendly - Close walk to Beach

It is an entertainers delight with the multiple indoor and outdoor living and entertaining areas. With 4 bedrooms, 2 large bathrooms (main bathroom with a bathtub), very large outdoor and indoor dining options, amazing open plan kitchen overlooking the pool, there is room for everybody.

Enjoy our patrolled beach just a stroll away and the awesome waves that draw locals to our beach. The canal is only short 150m walk which offers a great bike path to the beach, kids park with bbq and seating with a great view. Not very far away is the New hospital and Birtinya precinct with shops, great dining experiences and the famous Night Quarter. The list goes on with all the amazing attractions the Sunshine Coast has to offer at our doorstep.

We supply all linen and towels up to 8 guests (no beach towels). We ask all guests to ensure tea towels and bath mats are washed and put away prior to check out.

With a large dog beach 500m walk we welcome pets (outside only).
The house has a generous strip of grass at the back and a large patio outside. Guests are responsible for a clean yard after (cleaning surcharge applies if left unclean).

A family home away from home - pet safe included.

This was a comfortable, pet safe and friendly home. My family enjoyed our stay at your property so much and felt very lucky to be able to share it with our fur babies too. We look forward to booking again with you in the future.

The property was all we asked for .. big enough for a family of 5 and grandparents..loved the pool

Relaxed neighbourhood pleasant home to accommodate 7 ppl.. Not far from beach and takeaway etc around the corner.. The outdoor area was ample for all of us..

This is a beautifully renovated property, close to the beach and coastal pathway. The pool was a welcome feature.

Happy in parts. Not so happy in other parts.

Jay had great communication. Allowed us to check in earlier then advised. Appreciated that alot! However, cleanliness was good in parts but lacking in areas.Also there was hammering that you'd hear near the main bedroom when you used the main kitchen tap. Very loud especially at night when you were trying to sleep. The kitchen drawers lacked cleanliness. Found a daddy long legs in Cutlery drawer with one or two tiny dead bugs. Misc objects like a felt tip lid in a kitchen drawer. Kitchen tap water blasted out as filter on tap end nozzle had been removed. Coffee, tea, sugar container that is given for guests looked like everything was just thrown in there. Freezer drawer of fridge was lopsided opening and closing it. Heavily dented fridge. Sills were dusty. Main ensuite toilet seat wasn't aligned properly either. Pool filter wasn't running, which impacted the cleanliness of water with rocks at the bottom of the pool. Home lacked attention to detail. Couch also was heavily soiled all over. We made the best of what it was, but considering the amount of money we paid. I honestly expected better! Wouldnt stay there again if the standard of cleanliness and attention to detail wasn't addressed.
