Air Conditioned mobile home on the shore of Rainy Lake. Great fishing within minutes. Large deck to enjoy fabulous view, sunsets to die for. Dock, swim slide, road access with parking. Close to boat launches and use of one boat slip if bringing a boat. Kayaks and paddle board available to use. Full kitchen, BBQ, firepit, walking trail. Easy access to both North and South arms of Rainy Lake.

Family owned property. Recently retired local couple with adult children who spend weekends at main cabin enjoying sun, boating, swimming, paddleboards and kayaks. Local cross country ski trails in winter are our summer walking trails.

Why they chose this property

We bought this property because of the location and fantastic views. Property is a 15 minute drive to town, making it easy when something is forgotten. We are on the south arm of Rainy Lake, and only a five minutes boat ride to the north arm. Boat launch is within minutes of the property.

What makes this property unique

We fell in love with the view. No better place to admire a beautiful North Western Ontario sunset.
