This is a lovely place to stay - quiet, excellently equipped and with wonderful views of the cacti and mountains. Easy to get into the city but in its own little secluded enclave so we felt we were in the desert.

Thank you for the review Rosemary, we are happy you enjoyed your time in our home. Come back again :)
The views on the patio were amazing and the entire place was clean and comfortable. I was disappointed that the pool was not heated, and there was not a mention of that in the listing.
We had a couple of days of rain in Tucson, and hanging out at the house was great. The kitchen is amazingly equipped and organized. We really enjoyed the two decks for reading and conversation. Very private, with nice views of the mountains.
Met all our expectations. Beautiful view from deck, perfect for morning coffee. Our 9 year old enjoyed the pool. Great location from U of A while moving our daughter for school. Would definitely stay again.
The condo is centrally located - close to shopping, dining, and natural attractions. It was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The view from the deck is gorgeous. Check-in and check-out were easy. Two minor recommendations: replace the microwave and provide a hair dryer.
This house rental exceeded our expectations. It is clean and well kept. Windows face Saguaro field and there is a perfect spot on the balcony for cocktails or coffee that faces Catalina Mountains. Very quiet and relaxing location and yet close (600m) to shops, restaurants and The Loop. We will be back !
Nice porch, comfortable beds, would stay there again
The view of cacti in the draw behind the apartment is wonderful And to the right of the porch , a view of the mountains. There are no direct sunset or sunrise positions in the place, but if you walk outside and up the hill toward the pool there's a good spot to watch sunsets.
The pool was clean, the neighbors quiet. And an easy drive to the Catalinas, stores and the university.
The property was great, private, spacious and fully equipped with every appliance and everything you would need in the kitchen, as well as in the bathrooms and the bedrooms. The location in the Footfills was convenient to the University of Arizona, as well as stores and restaurants. I wish we were able to have stayed longer and would seriously consider staying there again if we ever came back to Tucson.

Best place yet to stay in Tucson
This has been our best experience and we will be booking this place again in the future. This older townhouse is quality and appointed well. It was cool, clean, and comfortable. The deck overlooked a beautiful Sonoran desert landscape. It is close to the amenities we like to frequent. We enjoyed the bedrooms being downstairs which was private, quiet, and cool in the heat of the summer. The upstairs living areas were ideal for lounging in comfort, watching television, sitting on the deck. It was also convenient to have a garage to park. Thank you for a great experience.
We had a super time. The unit was comfortable and well-equipped. We had one issue which we discussed with the contact point and it was resolved immediately. I would recommend that some information on how to use the TV be provided. It is not intuitive. Highly recommend this unit.

Beautiful home
Good.House was lovely and easy access to everywhere we needed to be.The only disappointment was no tv in the bedrooms .. and the tv selection options were limited. No basic cable, only streaming channels that offered NO local weather, news, etc. We will not be staying here again (we have a son in Tucson and go there several times a year) because of that issue.
Nice place! Deck was great for sitting and enjoying the desert and mountain views. Had a great stay!

Thank you for your review Barb! Yes, the deck is wonderful, we enjoy it too!
We are happy you enjoyed the stay at our home :) Come back again sometime.
This is an exceptionally comfortable property. The views are stunning, it is very quiet, and conveniently located to anything you might want in Tucson. We look forward to a return visit!
We stayed here for Thanksgiving because my sister and her family live in the same neighborhood. Overall, the rental was fine, but it was missing a few basics. They had two extra pillows in one of the closets, but they didn't have pillow cases anywhere. The light in the laundry room was out. There were no extra blankets anywhere, and because the heater wasn't on when we arrived, out first night was freezing. We wound up having to use my sister's extra blankets. Also a little nitpicky, but the porch light wasn't on when we arrived, which made it a little sketchy walking toward the entryway.
Lastly, the list of requirements for check out were a little crazy. They want the beds stripped, they want the thermostat set a certain way (we just turned it off like the way we found it instead), they want all dishes cleaned and put away, the trash needs to be taken out, and all used towels pile up.
Again, it was convenient because it was in my sister's neighborhood, but it wasn't the most relaxing place to stay otherwise.

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
Relaxing feel, and although not updated in all aspects, it had a "throwback" charm and any of those older items didn't detract at all from the stay or quality of the furnishings, finishes, etc. Whole condo air conditioning worked well, too.
