Pristine cabin with lots of upgrades. Gorgeous, newly remodeled two-story home located in a quiet family friendly neighborhood. Lots of open space, perfect for entertaining and family gatherings. Conveniently located near the Big Bear Airport, the east side of the lake, popular dining locations, and more! Minutes to the Village shops, restaurants, ski resorts, biking, boating, fishing, and hiking.

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1,500+ sq ft home with living room, ceiling fans, dining table, bar seating, wood burning fireplace in the living room as well as an electric fireplace and a smart TV in the family room, and plenty of comfortable seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Upstairs first bedroom has a king bed, smart TV, and electric fireplace. Upstairs second bedroom has a queen bed, smart TV, and electric fireplace. Downstairs third bedroom has a queen bed, smart TV, and electric fireplace. Upstairs bonus room has a queen bed, smart TV, and electric fireplace. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, air fryer, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Turn the thermostat to 55 degrees. Do not turn off heaters, may result in frozen pipes. Cabins with a hot tub must have jets shut off, cover on and locked. Wash, dry, and put away all dishes.
Remove all trash and take to the appropriate trash site location. See confirmation for address. Trash removal is the City/County Law and not our rule.
Text us at 909-403-3217 upon departure and leave the name of the cabin. Report any damages or information we should be aware of about the property.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Communication was excellent. It was a bit dirty. Especially the floors.had some ants on the counter. There was a bathroom leak, but that did get repaired.Noisy roosters next door. Wi-Fi and location good.

The house was spacious and clean. Check in process wasn’t flawless, I had to call at check in time when I arrived as I didn't receive an email with the information. Only thing I didnt like is that there are no outdoor trash cans to dispose of your trash, you have to either take your trash to a site or pay $50 for trash to be picked up. I didn’t like that I had to pay an additional fee for trash pick up. But other than that, the property was great, it had an bbq and cooking utensils which was nice because we cooked all of our meals.

Very nice, updated home. Looks better than the pictures ! Modern furnishings.We enjoyed the large tv area to gather in and the 4 bedrooms gave us privacy as needed. The beds are super comfortable with heated mattress pads. Don't forget to turn them on! Each bedroom has a electric fireplace which is so cozy to fall asleep to. Appreciated the extra outlet extension cords in the bedroom to plug in our devices. Loved the hot tub after a long day skiing. The only recommendation is to put more towels in the home. There was only a few small thin white towels. Bring your own if you plan to go in the hot tub or are a tall person. Also no bar soap for bathing. Glad I brought my own. Overall, super clean and loved the home !!

Nice rental - loved jacuzzi and firepit table

Overall this is a nice rental. It is a 13 minute drive to the village (big bear downtown) and the residential area is not high end and it in has almost no snow - while the village area is right at the snow. The jacuzzi is new and excellent - was 99 when we arrived and the entry code was easy to use, and staff responsive. There was no instructions on using the working fireplace (gas key did not turn) and no instructions on using the pretty glass firepit table outside (the propane tank beneath it has to be turned on which we figured out). The one downstairs bedroom stays too cold, as the heater is in the central public room, and the hot air rises to upstairs was also warm. The heated mattress pads worked well. The bathrooms are fine but not updated, and the kitchen counter and fridge was not updated. The house has a new washer/dryer - we used dryer to dry towels (came with 8-10 so not that many). The house comes with a great selection of new games which was awesome - we enjoyed Zumanities and Scrabble and Monopoly. A few ants which the staff responded right away w/ant motels. The outdoor (large) gate had fallen down before we arrived. The firepit cover was already partly ripped before we arrived. Overall a good rental - could use some updates and a space heater in 4th bedroom.
