Property was in a great location, convenient to restaurants and stores. The fitness room with a sauna was a plus. The unit itself was perfect for our needs at a great price compared to similar properties. Since we went after the start of school, it was quiet and peaceful.

Great condo

We stayed here during tropical storm Arthur which made our beach time less than we had hoped for. We enjoyed the balcony for beach viewing and the easy access made it easy for us to go down for an hour or so and get back quick in case of storms. The pool came in clutch when the ocean was double red flags. Facility was clean and suited our needs.

Good location. Beach view was nice. Some things need to be replaced. It's starting to look worn down. The railing was loose and not safe. The balcony is tilting downward on the outside end. The maintemance person said it should not be that way. I hope they do something about it. Would not rent there again.

We were impressed with the cleanliness of our condo and the whole property. The kitchen had everything we needed. There’s 2 coffee pots, a blender, toaster, pots, pans and food storage containers. The balcony and the view of the gulf were wonderful! We enjoyed the Shrimp Basket and Zeke’s restaurant across the street. Having the heated pool was a nice option for the chilly days.

The view is amazing! The parking lot balcony was great for the other couple staying with us, even though the room was very small. Nice to have a bathroom in all 3 bedrooms! The beds were comfortable. The master bath needs to have the jetted tub removed, it is old and the jets look dirty. The TV’s are 20 years old and do not stream. I was able to connect my laptop computer to living room TV and stream channels. The satellite channels are like watching cable TV. We have rented condos for over 20 years and this was the 1st one to ask us to was and dry all the dishes. They normally ask us to load dishwasher and leave running. Not to dry and put dishes away.

Nice Condo

Great location on the beach, groceries and restaurants. We liked that it was on the 3rd floor which allowed us to take the stairs most of the time. It is a corner unit which is especially nice.
