43 Fairway Dunes on the Isle of Palms is perfect for getting away from it all with family and friends in search of a vacation that will make everyone happy. Located only two blocks from the beach, the newly renovated home features three bedrooms and three full baths with both golf and pool views. The large back deck provides the perfect place to spend the late afternoon, watching golfers on the famous Links Golf Course do their best to score a birdie. Outdoor living can also be found on two elevated decks each furnished with comfortable seating. Sunrise to sunset, the outdoor areas at 43 Fairway Dunes are fantastic!
The kitchen and each bathroom have been updated. The well-equipped kitchen features many recent upgrades such as the appliances and countertops. The living room is spacious with comfortable furnishings. From reliving your perfect beach day to watching the game on the large-screen television, the living room is a happy place to be. The dining room is between the kitchen and living area and has seating for six.
Three bedrooms are featured at 43 Fairway Dunes. The first bedroom is located on a mid-floor. It has a queen bed, a deck that looks out to the community swimming pool and direct access to a bathroom. The upper level has both the master bedroom and guest bedroom with two twin beds. Each has a private bath.

If a house party, wedding, or reception takes place in a licensed vacation rental property, all guests will be required to immediately vacate. - You must be 25 years or older to book this home. - Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September. - Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels. - Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking. - Please note that there is no garage access so if you have bikes, you must find somewhere else to store them--nothing can be left in the driveway or yard. - The Fairway Dunes pool is unheated and is open April 1 - Oct 31 from 8am to dusk. The pool deck is open in the off season. - Golf carts/LSVs are not permitted at this home. - Because there is no garage access, we do not recommend renting bikes, and any beach gear, etc must be stored inside the home. Nothing can be left on the lawn or in the driveway. - Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Fireplaces are not for guest use. - Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes. - Guests have access to the Fairway Dunes pool, tennis and pickleball courts, and basketball hoop, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately. - Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes. - While we do our best to communicate any known work within Wild Dunes or nearby beach projects, many homes are privately owned and we are not always notified of surrounding activity. As a result, we are unable to guarantee a disruption-free environment or offer relocation for any unforeseen construction.

Great location with a very short walk to the beach. The unit overlooks Hole 7 of the Links Golf Course. There is a pond in the back that provides an interesting view of nature in the Lowcountry. The booking and check-in processes were very easy which was appreciated. There was great communication from start to finish which was also appreciated.

That view over Hole 7 with the pond out back really does capture the quiet side of the Lowcountry, and being able to walk to the beach in just a few minutes is hard to beat. It's good to hear the booking and check-in went smoothly too, and that communication felt easy from start to finish. That's exactly what we aim for. We had a great week long vacation at this townhouse in isle of palms. It’s a 10 min walk from the beach, 2 minutes from the pool, and close to restaurants in the community and on isle of palms.
Home is very clean and organized. Location is great. Short walk to beach and short bike ride to Pavilion area. Home could use a another "sitting" area instead of all the dining tables; but would absolutely visit again. Like that every bedroom has a bathroom - gives all guests privacy.
Our family of 5 adults enjoyed our 10-day stay at 43 Fairway Dunes Lane. The community pickleball and tennis courts were in great shape and used daily by our family. Our growing family plans to vacation again at Wild Dunes for the 10th year in 2025. I recommend AdvantStay as a booking rental agent.
