This cottage is ideal for a families or small groups looking to enjoy everything Bright has to offer. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a laundry and a fully equipped kitchen you’ll have everything you need to feel at home here. It’s just over 1km into town, an easy stroll to the many shops, restaurants and cafes of Bright and the very popular splash park and playground on the Ovens River.

This property is managed on behalf of the owners by Bright Holidays, part of the Dickens Real Estate group.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook up a feast for the family and friends. Complete with a dishwasher to make cleaning up a breeze! Induction cooktop, electric oven, microwave and full fridge. Dining seating for 6.

LOUNGEROOM
Spread out on the comfortable lounge in front the ‘wood fire effect’ gas heater on those chilly winter nights with WIFI and a Smart TV for all your streaming needs.

The main bathroom consists of a walk in shower, bath and separate toilet.
The ensuite bathroom consists of a walk in shower and toilet.

LAUNDRY
Complete with a washer and dryer.

HEATING & COOLING
A gas heater in the loungeroom as well as a split system air conditioner for those warmer months. Portable heaters in each bedroom for some extra warmth in the winter.

OUTDOORS
Outdoor seating for 6 on the back verandah surrounded by beautiful Camelia trees. Gas BBQ for those summer night cook ups! Lockable shed to store your bikes or ski equipment, along with some extra bike accessories.

PARKING
A carport with space for one. Extra vehicles will need to be parked off the complex. The carport has outdoor power points for those with electric vehicles.

Lovely town house

We enjoyed our stay. The house was a good size for 4 adults and 2 children. Beds were comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. Great location, close to town, quiet area, friendly neighbours and ample parking for two vehicles.

Bright, a beautiful place to stay.

The property is an excellent place to stay, super clean and has everything needed for a very comfortable stay. It was winter but the heating was excellent which made for a comfortable stay.Normally the distance too town would not be a problem but we as had an elderly person with us she found a bit to far for to walk.All in all we would not hesitate to stay again.
