Our 2 bedroom, BEACH FRONT/GULF FRONT condo is in the world-famous Sanibel Beach Club, an UNCROWDED resort complex which has over six acres located directly on the Gulf (Sanibel Beach Club, 626 Nerita Street, Sanibel, Florida 33957, United States).
There are only 31 units, four units to each 8 buildings. Each unit enjoys total privacy. Management is present on the premises with several full time maintenance crew at all times. Free use of bicycles to be enjoyed on the winding bicycle paths throughout the island.
This BEACH FRONT unit is located on the second level (each building has only two levels) offering breath taking views of the Gulf. It features a king size bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the guest room. The unit includes a full kitchen, a sleeper sofa and two full bathrooms. Two TV's are located in the unit; one in the master bedroom and one in the living room. The unit is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, a washer and dryer, and a private screened GULF FRONT balcony or patio. This room has a maximum occupancy of 6 and sleeps 4 privately

Free use of bicycles for the whole family. There are also 5 gas barbecue grills for your use, and free parking.

Why they chose this property
The Sanibel Beach Club is the first purpose built timeshare in North America. Sanibel Beach Club is always well maintained, with full-time management and staff on site. Each unit is designed with the two large bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom, making it a perfect vacation place for sharing with family and friends. Our unit is Beach Front, with breathtaking views, and making for easy access to the beach as often as you wish for walking, shelling, swimming, sunning, reading, building sand castles, bird watching or doing any thing else that warm and inviting expanse of white sand and gulf water inspire you to do! There's also a heated pool, as well as a hot tub. Additionally, there are bikes, tennis courts, shuffleboard, horse shoe pits, and a volleyball net available. All ages and generations can enjoy the Sanibel Beach Club, and we've been enjoying annual vacations there for over 30 years now!
