White sandy beaches, dining and shopping on Main Street, historic picturesque scenic landscape including the Coastguard station and lighthouse, and lovely oceanside accommodations are only some of the things that make this Chatham condo a perfect place to get away from it all. Enjoy the privacy of this two-bedroom end unit condo with a first floor patio and a second floor deck. Spend time with friends and family in the open floor plan of the first floor encompassing the family room with 40" TV, dining space for 6, well equipped kitchen with granite counters, and adjacent sliders to the outdoor patio. The patio has a picnic table, a gas grill, and abutting grass area perfect for lawn games. The shared outdoor rinsing station (partially enclosed) is conveniently located next to this space. There is also a full bathroom with shower and a washer and dryer on this floor. The second floor has two bedrooms (one with a full bed and one with a queen bed) separated by a second living area with 40" TV and queen pull out sofa. There is another full bathroom with a tub on this floor. The main bedroom has a new mattress and a desk with a monitor ideal for working from home or remote schooling. A slider opening to a deck overlooking the Chatham Inlet and marina make this room quite special! Awake from a restful slumber in the front room and peer out over the sandy dunes and pristine blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean while your head is still gently resting on your pillow. Take advantage of access to the private association beach for the exclusive use of owners and guests of these condos. Be sure to check out nearby Lighthouse beach (which is connected to the private association beach), 5 star Chatham Bars Inn, and nostalgic Chatham Fish Pier all just a short distance away! There are two parking spots available. Three night minimums available off season. BOOK NOW! September getaway

No connectivity at properly to get access code. Had to drive back into town to call rental company. Agent gave us wrong access code. Front door was warped and very hard to open. Big step down to bedroom resulted in two falls. 2nd bedroom was extremely cramped and wasn’t very private. View from deck was great.

Beautiful View

The condo was in nice shape and offered a beautiful view of the harbor and sand bars. You can walk to the sand bar during low tide and do a beach day. The kitchen is very small but works. The small bedroom is the only negative. The bed is way too big for the room and hard for older adults. It needs to be more thought out, maybe a twin. Good space for a couple with kids but difficult for 4 adults. It had everything you could need for cooking and a nice full table for eating but we ate out most of the time anyway. Very convenient location and gorgeous views.

Perfect location close to town with great deck views

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We chose this location for it's proximity to Morris Island. It was a bonus that it was also close to town. The view from the upstairs deck was spectacular. Though we brought our own, the owners do provide beach chairs and towels. Kitchen had everthing we needed. The downside is that it's cramped and cluttered. There's no empty cabinet to store your groceries, no bathroom shelves for toiletries, the second bedroom is too small for the size of the bed, and the pictured outdoor shower is not private.

Exactly as Advertised - Great Trip

We really enjoyed our stay at this property - it had everything we expected from the listing and more (i.e. beach towels, beach equipment, games for rainy days). The property is steps away from a private beach and is a short walk to Lighthouse Beach. Downtown Chatham is walking distance or a short drive away. My family (including our 7-year old son) had a wonderful time during our two week trip, and we are strongly considering a return visit next summer.
