Ocean-Front Condo Sleeps 6 (Light-filled end unit facing Ocean on Starfish Ln)!!

Right down the hill from the famous Chatham Light House, this one-floor living, 2 bedroom, 2 full bath end-unit condo is as close to the ocean as you get!

This open floor plan home is steps away from the condo association’s private beach, and offers gorgeous views from almost every room. Imagine sipping your coffee early in the morning, sitting on your own deck to watch the tide come in.

Clamming and fishing are plentiful and this location has a protected harbor and the fastest access out to Nantucket Sound and the Atlantic. Outermost Harbor Marine Harbor is right next door. Downtown Chatham, with its restaurants and shopping, is just a walk or bike ride away. The nearby Monomoy National Wild Life Refuge offers plentiful birding and opportunities for exploring!

The living room features a sleep sofa and large, flat-screen TV. The two bedrooms (one with a king bed and the other with two twins and a twin pull-out) also offer flat-screen TVs.

The kitchen has a dishwasher and granite countertops. Unit also includes a stacked washer/dryer, central A/C, free wifi, and a basement with ping-pong table. In addition to the private ocean-front deck and an outdoor sitting area for two featuring Adirondack chairs set on a “floor” of crushed shells, there is also a long, covered patio along the side of the building with a gas grill, picnic table and additional seating for 6-8.

This is the Cape Cod lifestyle at its finest!

No smoking and no pets, please! Maximum of two cars may park in the property lot.

NOTE: We supply pillows, blankets, mattress protector, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish/hand soap. We DO NOT SUPPLY towels, bed sheets or pillow cases, though bed sheets and pillow cases can be provided upon request (nominal fee) or can be ordered from Cape Cod Linens or Furies Online.

During peak dates (June through mid September) a minimum one-week rental is required. Three-night rentals may be available at other times of year.

I enjoyed my time in this pretty home with beautiful views! The owners seemed to think of everything in this nicely equipped getaway, so the only thing to do was rest, explore nature and enjoy quaint Chatham. Loved it and hope to return.

Week in Chatham

Stayed at this property with our two college age daughters. Great location, secluded with a private beach. Water views from everywhere. Saw seals every day from 50 yards away. Very short drive to town and other sites. Sarah and Dave were very responsive when we reached out to them about a couple of things. Would definitely stay here again next time we find ourselves on the Cape.

Wonderful condo that directly faces the water! Private beach is steps from the door….we saw beautiful assorted shore birds, bunnies… Walked the flats at low tide collecting shells and making memories! Would definitely book again!

Beautiful ocean front location

Our family enjoyed our return trip to Sarah and Dave's beautiful ocean front condo. As always, the condo is comfortable, well stocked and affords gorgeous views of the ocean. It is a few steps to the beach and we enjoyed watching birds, seals and all sorts of sea creatures. The weather and the fishing were less than ideal this year which made the comfort and views of the condo even more appreciated. Sarah was prompt, understanding and responsive to an issue with some unexpected work on the unit's exterior.

Gorgeous views and comfortable stay

Our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids) spent a lovely week at Sarah and Dave's home. We enjoyed amazing views of the water and it was like being in our own nature show. The kids spent hours enjoying the beach and the crabs. The tide pool that fills up at high tide was it's own adventure, as you had to walk through waist-deep water if you timed your beach breaks right. Even with a couple rainy days, we had an amazing vacation - the condo was well stocked for dinners in a couple nights, and Chatham was a short drive away. We had an amazing week!

First Visit to Cape Cod

Enjoyed our very first visit to Cape Cod with our college aged daughters this past week. This place made it as enjoyable as we could have been imagined. While we spent much of our time on the Cape visiting other areas - Martha's Vineyard, Provincetown, Hyannis Port, etc. -Chatham was the best place to call home for dinners and breakfasts, and our VRBO was the perfect venue for quiet nights along the shore. We felt right at home watching movies as a family before calling it a night. Clean and very comfortable, no complaints here. We'd do it all over again. Thank you, Sarah and Dave, for providing the perfect place for our first trip to the Cape!

I Felt Spoiled

For me, it’s all about the ocean. Great view of the ocean, easy access to a quiet private beach, marshland ecosystem you can explore at low tide, shells & wildlife including Great Egrets, Snowy Egrets and some seals popping up in the distance. This place has it all. It’s just a bonus that the condo itself is spacious, clean and well-stocked. The owners have a great informational pamphlet that spells out everything you need to know clear as day. Small caveat: The beach is behind a barrier island so you aren’t directly on the open Atlantic and the waves are not large, no sound of the surf, etc. To me, it was a slice of paradise and I would turn around and go back today if I could.

Perfect beach location!

Can’t beat this location for a low key beach vacation! We didn’t even venture to any larger beach the whole week- just walked out the front door and crossed the tiny pond at low tide or waded through the water if we didn’t time it right and enjoyed the beach right next to the condo where we could explore the flats at low tide, watch boats coming and going from the marina, and best of all watched the group of seals that seemed to like hanging out right there in the water- we could even see them from the living room window! Main Street in Chatham was a couple minute drive to enjoy shops and restaurants. The condo was overall great for us. We had plenty space to unpack and put all our things. Beds were comfortable. Worked out fine for us as my parents took the bedroom with the twin beds and didn’t care, but only one of the bedrooms has a tv (which would have mattered to me if we were in that bedroom). We loved being down the street from the lighthouse and centrally located on the Cape to have easy day trips to Hyannis and Provincetown. We overall had a great week and would likely book again!
