Location, Location, Location! Enjoy being able to walk to everything historic

Carolina Beach has to offer from this updated 1 bedroom 1 bath Condo with pool

access and a cute courtyard perfect for picnic lunches!

This 1 bedroom with king bed, 1 bath condo has two full sleeper sofas in the

living room offering sleeping space for 3 people total. With amenities such as

a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, stove/oven, and refrigerator you are

sure to enjoy the comforts of home away from home! Smart TVs in both the

living room and bedroom and complimentary Wi-Fi is included allowing you to

stay connected while on vacation (OR NOT if you choose)!

Lose yourself in all the area has to offer, including paddle boating on the

nearby lake, exploring historic Fort Fisher or the local aquarium, or going to

Wilmington and seeing all that the Port City has to offer. You can swim in the

pool or enjoy the ocean just a short 3 blocks across the street. There's

activity on the Island year-round!

Parking for 1 car. Open dates for community pool and shared amenities are

subject to the community Homeowners Association. Pools are typically open from

Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Great place to stay for vacation

The check in information was easy to understand. When we were about an hour iyt we got a text that our condo was ready. 3 hours before the stated check in time!!! When we entered the condo it smelled so clean, every room was clean and perfect. The only complaint i have is that the washer/dryer combo had a smell and the dryer part didnt work well. And the pool wasnt the cleaniest. But overal it was great!
