Location, Location, Location! Enjoy being able to walk to everything historic Carolina Beach has to offer from this adorable 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo with pool access and a cute courtyard, perfect for picnic lunches!

This 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo provides amenities such as a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, stove/oven, and full-size refrigerator. Enjoy the comforts of home with a flat screen TV in the living room along with an electric fireplace to enjoy on a cozy evening in. The couch in the living room does convert into a queen size sleeper sofa allowing this condo to sleep up to 4 people comfortably. The linen and towel package is included for the king bed in the master bedroom and for an extra $28 plus tax we will provide the linen/towel package for the sleeper sofa. The bathroom features updated granite countertops along with a walk-in shower. There is also a TV located in the master bedroom and complimentary WIFI throughout. Enjoy Thursday night fireworks every night in the Summer from your balcony that overlooks Downtown Carolina Beach.

Lose yourself in all the area has to offer, including paddle boating on the nearby lake, exploring historic Fort Fisher or the local aquarium, or going to Wilmington and seeing all that the Port City has to offer. You can swim in the pool or enjoy the ocean just a short 3 blocks across the street. There's activity on The Island year-round!

Parking for 1 car. Open dates for community pool and shared amenities are subject to the community Homeowners Association. Pools are typically open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Parking for 1 car is included with display of parking pass.

Clean with the exception of the bathroom

Great location and cozy. Clean with the exception of the bathroom. There was water damage and mold on the baseboard in the bathroom causing a terrible smell. Bath towels were stained. Suggest anyone to bring more paper products as they only provide one roll of toilet paper and paper towels.
