Oceanfront home with lots of charm. 4 bedroom and 3 full baths will accomodate

a group of 8 people. 2 bedrooms have oceanfront decks. One of which is a

beautiful master suite with a KING bed and private attached bathroom featuring

a tub/shower combo. All rooms include linens and towels. Large decks on

oceanfront off the main living space with big seating area on walkway landing.

Kitchen has a nice view of the ocean with counter seating and outdoor decks.

One car garage and washer dryer on ground level.

Additional parking on cement pad. Complimentary wifi and cable TV. Close to

Fort Fisher, aquarium, ferry and downtown Kure Beach where you will enjoy a

handful of restaurants, the fishing pier, an arcade and the Ocean Front park.



Pet fee applied, per pet applied $25/night or $125/week plus tax.

The house itself is a little beat up after the summer season but overall perfectly fine and the location and beach views and direct access are excellent.

Beautiful home and location!

The location was amazing, property was clean, and check in and check out process were great! There was a bit of backwards communication that was a little weird with the management company, but not a deal breaker. I’d recommend the property for sure.

Lovely beach escape!

Any concerns we had, we left with the property managers in writing when we left our keys. We had a wonderful beach escape. Weather was lovely. Loved the views and beach access. We did travel with gates so we could enjoy decks with our pet. We loved the decks and She loved the decks.

Mom & Sons with Dogs Annual Beach Trip

I loved the property because it was the perfect place to bring our (big) dogs. The vinyl floors were free of rugs and stair carpeting was a little worn, but a perfect environment for dogs. I could see where other dogs had scratched the window sills and door frames, so I felt like people with dogs were welcomed. I didn't feel anxious the whole time with the fur and nails. Pet towels and a sheet was provided since we couldn't keep them off of the furniture. I also brought some sheets. Plus, the furniture was of sturdy fabric. I did bring a stick-vac and a lint brush to keep up with the fur and sand as best as I could. We brought gates to keep the dogs from escaping off of the deck. There were some repairs that the unit needed, but the owner had one repair made while we were there. We were able to work around the others that had orders in to be fixed soon. We came on the weekend when the heat index was in the 100's. The dogs didn't get as much exercise as we'd liked because of the heat. But the AC was wonderful.We went to the state park, the fort, the aquarium, spent an afternoon in Wilmington and the boardwalk in Carolina Beach, and had great seafood all over the place.We would like to come again next year with our dogs. I will have to arrange a date with my boys.
