This was a perfect set up for our family. Easy access from the house to the beach which was so convenient. We certainly look forward to going again next summer.

Great beachfront house

The property was great for our group. The location is as good as it gets for that area, right on the beach with a crossover directly from the main floor balcony. The home was spacious, clean, and well-stocked. Our only issue was accessing the WiFi.

perfect beach vacation

The house was lovely and so clean. We were a family of 11. Parents, adult children, and grandchildren. The house was perfect for a group, lots of room. The deck area was so nice, very nice deck furniture. The kitchen was very well equipped for homemade meals. The beds were very comfortable. If you're looking for something besides a beach vacation, this might not be for you. The immediate area is very limited for groceries and restaurants. We had a great time just hanging around by the water and going for walks. The grandchildren loved to swim and skim board. The property management was very responsive anytime I had a question, but we had no reason to contact them while we were there. Everything was as described and pictured. I would not hesitate to rent this house again.

2/10 Terrible

979 canceled my reservation 4 hrs before check in

We never got to stay at this home. 979 canceled our reservation 4 hrs before check in due to a broken A/C and apparently it was going to take a week to get the part to fix it. They did not have a replacement home large enough for my group. They basically said we were sh*& out of luck. They did not do a very good job of making this right other than refund our money and telling us to reschedule our vacation for another week. We had 3 families involved and were already packed and loaded with a weeks worth of groceries and clothes. Fortunately, I was able to find another home through another property rental company that could accommodate us. I also feel fortunate to be able to come up with another $9,000.00 to rent the other home because the previous rental money was not refunded (or hit my bank) quick enough to use that day for the other rental. So very disappointed as I booked this in March. I will never use 979 again.

Hi Melissa, we are sorry you were disappointed. It does not give us or the owner of this home any pleasure in having to cancel your stay. There also is no joy in having to still have the cost and inconvenience of repairing the AC system. We all lose. As for alternative accommodations, we would have loved to move you to another home, but given the busy summer season as well as an extremely hot one with drought conditions and ACs going down all along the island, there simply wasn't anything we had available. We're glad you could find something else. We also refunded the money right away, we do not control when it hits your bank. Again, sorry you were disappointed, so were we.

This home is beautiful, up to date and very comfortable. The layout and design are good for large families. The kitchen is spacious and the great room was excellent for relaxing and watching tv at the end of the day.
