Summary:
Welcome to the New York end of the CBD, amazing French bar across the road, famous "Higher Ground Cafe" around the corner, check out Code Black Cafe in Spencer Street. All the comforts of the city with a fantastic view and resort style facilities such as pool. gym and tennis court. You will find cafes, bars, restaurants, theatres, gyms and free public transport on your doorstep, as well as FREE SECURE PARKING within the building. There's super-fast Wi-Fi, a well-equipped kitchen - perfect for a nice breakfast or a full dinner.

The Space:
This beautiful space is bright and spacious with large windows and a private balcony, beautifully furnished and decorated with eclectic and artistic furnishings. Covering an area of 50 square meters, this apartment can easily accommodate 4 people. The bedroom has a queen-size bed and the living room has an extremely comfortable indoor sprung sofa bed. You will have a well-equipped kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine, coffee, tea, pots, pans, utensils and spices. The apartment is equipped with unlimited ultra-fast WiFi, flat television, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, sheets and towels.

You will have on-site access to a well-equipped gymnasium, heated indoor swimming pool, tennis courts, barbecue facilities open from 6AM to 10PM and a concierge to assist you 24 hours a day.

Getting Around:
The apartment comes with its own secure car space and is also super close to transportation. Trams are on the doorstep and the apartment is in the free tram zone of the CBD (Central Business District. Southern Cross Station is just 80 meters away and is a transport hub. There are: - metro and country trains.
- the Skybus to get to and from the airport (bus every 10 minutes, 25 minutes from the airport).
- rental cars (the apartment has a parking lot to be able to park it for free).

If you fancy getting around by bike, there is a Melbourne Bike Share station at Southern Cross station. Simply rent a bike at one station and leave it at another.

There is a free parking space in the building. To enter the car park, the vehicle must not exceed 2 meters in height. Parking is free between 7:30 p.m. and 7:30 a.m. some locations around the building. There is also a tram stop and a GO-Get carpooling space right in front of the building.

If you need it, additional parking spaces can be requested, subject to availability, at a rate of $45 per day.

* Due to strict no noise no party policies in Strata buildings or local council by laws we will be enforcing the NO PARTY NO NOISE POLICY - This will mean that we will be able to force an eviction if these terms are breached. Great downtown location but very noisy
Less than a 5 minute walk from Southern Cross station, the location of this eclectic apartment is perfect for visitors arriving via Sky Bus from the airport. Noise was the only issue as the trams run throughout the night every night and loud bass music pumps out of the Royal Melbourne Hotel until 3am on the weekends. Nice touch with umbrellas available for guests’ usage. Fridge is rather small; bigger than a bar fridge but way smaller than a small kitchen fridge. Disappointed with Maison Nets lack of response to queries prior to the stay. Only responded the week of stay.
