Perfect location, great space

I had a fantastic stay, perfectly situated for my meetings in the Melbourne CBD, and very close to Hardware Lane for great food. Private, comfortable, spacious and secure. I will definitely book this place again.

Gem in the city

Spacious and immaculate. This funky warehouse space provides you with everything you need from olive oil and vinegar to laundry facilities and soap. Steps from famous coffee shops and laneway restaurants. Enjoy!

Wonderful place

We loved the apartment and the owner was wonderful to work with. Great CBD location if you like to party. We didn't have the quiet experience others mentioned, maybe because it was a summer holiday weekend, but that is outside of the owner's control.

Brilliant property

The location and amenities offered make this a standout option for a CBD stay. It is much roomier than a hotel room and offers privacy and access to much of Melbourne’s magic! Wayne was responsive and very helpful. I have already recommended this to my friends when they visit Melbourne.

Perfect location and lovely space

We had a great stay at Wayne's place. The location is ideal - we loved being in the middle of the laneway district, surrounded by places to eat and interesting shops and so close to Melbourne's sights, galleries etc. The apartment had everything we needed and was beautifully clean and tidy - surprisingly quiet too given how central it is. We'd definitely come back.

Cozy and charming

I loved my stay here. The apartment was very comfortable. It was well equipped - it had everything I needed. The location was perfect, down a quiet lane in the middle of the CBD. Within a block of the trams. Restaurants everywhere and a small grocery close by.
