Great one bedroom apartment with fresh air and natural light facing Eastern aspect in a low-rise complex. Secure lift access located on 4th floor. One street away from Bay St restaurants/shops. One block walking distance to beach, South Melbourne Market. 10 minutes from Melbourne CBD. Safe and secure for single travelers.

Lounge: Open floor plan, 55" Hisense Smart TV, Netflix, comfy lounge, timber flooring with modern accessories. Computer desk with secure free WIFI. Split system air conditioning/heating.

Bedroom: Sleepmaker Back Magic Queen Bed with Onkaparinga Mattress Topper. Contemporary lines with floor-to-ceiling glass windows, sliding doors with access to balcony from both lounge and bedroom.

Kitchen: Galley style, timber flooring, stainless steel gas cooking, dishwasher, full size fridge/freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, all kitchen utensils.

Dining: Table and chairs.

Bathroom: Full size bath/shower, towels, beach towels, hairdryer, shampoo/conditioner, non-slip mat for bath. Cleaning goods are left in the apt for use.

Laundry: Front-load washing machine, clothes dryer, Sunbeam iron/ironing board, washing powder.

Balcony: Large balcony across the width of the apartment. Outdoor table and chairs, decorated with live plants.

Car Park: Secure remote controlled, undercover reserved parking in basement of building. Height of car-park entrance is 2.03m.

Check In after 12 noon /Check Out by 10am. Happy to accommodate for flight arrival times (depending on next incoming guest arrival). Day rate available on request if needed to secure late or early arrival.

Please send email for long term enquiries over one month. Cleaning service available for long term guests if required.

High level cleaning and airing after each guest. Disinfectant etc left on premises for guests use.

Monitored CCTV in foyer, carpark and each floor for security purposes.

The apartment was in a great location, only one block away from the beach. All communication with the host was very clear and instructions were perfect. Would highly recommend this place for a couple looking to spend time close to the city but not in it.

Great location! Accomodation had everything we needed for our stay. Having a car park was really handy & being close to shops, restaurants & the beach also made for a great stay. Would definitely stay again.

Cath was fabulous to deal with and her apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed and then some, such as Netflix and a magic bullet. Having off street parking was great as well. The bed was very comfortable. The air conditioning was fantastic Also the apartment was decorated in my favourite colour teal. The plants on the balcony offered privacy and ambiance. Having a washing machine and clothes airer was great as it meant we could pack light and wash regularly. Hubby found the shower 🚿 a bit small but I loved having the bath option. I would totally recommend this apartment. It’s in a great location with everything local. Thx for having us. Definitely recommend and be back.

Granddaughter catch up

Visiting Melbourne to watch our granddaughter play AFL and found the location convenient to restaurants and had pleasant walks along the bay foreshore.

My experience

I noticed a cigarette smell in the recycling bin so somebody had been smoking somewhere and not cleaned up I could not get the dishwasher to work Initially getting into the underground car parking was a challenge Other than these three things we had a great time

Excellent apartment in a great location

Excellent apartment! Really clean, spacious, good amenities and a lovely big balcony with a view of the city. Cathy was lovely to deal with and always responded promptly. The location is superb, being only a couple of minutes walk from the beach and the local bus & tram. Highly recommended. So much so, I've booked to stay again already!

Very handy location

Perfect spot to stay for a break away close to beach and local shops. Set back one street from the main hub, there were lots of nearby cafes, a fresh food market, bottle store and nice pubs. I also found the apartment had excellent facilities. The host is lovely and pickup/drop off instructions were easy to understand. Happy to highly recommend!

Great Start to our Australian Holiday

Thank you so much Cath for being so responsive and accomodating! The apartment is a 5 minute walk from the beach, the grocery store, a coffee stop and loads of restaurants. We could not have asked for a smarter and quiet 'home' to start our holiday.

Convenient location with parking

The location suited us well. Bed was comfortable and apartment clean. We didn’t really use the kitchen facilities except for making breakfast and take-away. Having a desk was useful.
