The Space:
Coastal Tails is a welcoming holiday home suitable for couples and families, offering a blend of comfort and convenience. The property ensures a comfortable stay with effective heating and cooling systems. The heart of the home is the spacious open-plan living area, equipped with air conditioning, a wood fire, and a smart TV. Upstairs, discover a master bedroom with an en-suite, two more bedrooms, and a family bathroom. The downstairs area features a fully equipped laundry room with a washer and dryer, along with a third toilet for added convenience. A rumpus room with a TV and a couch provides a relaxed space. The front gated deck offers a glimpse of the ocean and is furnished with a gas BBQ and outdoor dining set. You'll also find off-street driveway parking for two or more vehicles.

Guest Access:
You'll have full access to the entire house, including all bedrooms, both bathrooms, and the upper and lower level living spaces. Make use of the kitchen, and enjoy the garden, BBQ grill, and balcony. Parking is available in the driveway (2 cars). Note that the storage cupboard in the hall as well as the 3rd bedroom are not accessible to guests. . Check-in time is from 2 PM, and check-out time is by 10 AM.

Coastal Tails is positioned on the beach side of the charming village of Tuross Head, offering easy access to everything the area has to offer. A network of pathways just moments from your doorstep will lead you to the local shops, the beautiful beach, and a scenic cycle and walkway that hugs the stunning coastline. Enjoy a leisurely walk with your furry companion and discover the delightful aspects of this coastal paradise.

Getting Around:
The boatshed area, cafes, shops, boat ramps & country club are all within a 5 minute drive of the house.

𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺 𝗺𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗯𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻 𝟮𝟰 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗯𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗮𝘆 𝗯𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗱. 𝗣𝗮𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀;
• 51% of total booking amount is payable upon booking confirmation. This, along with the completion of your guest registration confirms your booking. Remaining balance due 30 days prior to check in.
• Where the date of arrival is within 30 days the total booking amount is payable upon booking confirmation.
• Where payment is declined on 3 occasions the booking will be cancelled.

𝗣𝗲𝘁𝘀; Prior to making a booking please make us aware that you plan on bringing a pet. A fee of $55 is applicable for each pet and there are associated terms and conditions. Pets must not be left at the property by themselves for any long periods (ie, more than 15 mins) as it can lead to them feeling distressed in a new environment and disturb neighbours with extended howling & barking. You must bring all supplies for your pet. Bedding, food & water bowls, toys etc. Pets are not permitted on the furnishings or in the bedroom areas.

𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁; A refundable guest security deposit of $300.00 applies at Coastal Tails @ Tuross Head. The security deposit is held by way of a pre-authorisation against your card. The hold is placed on the day of arrival and released within 48 hours of departure unless withheld to cover any damages.

𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀; Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund minus the booking fee. Bookings cancelled less than 30 days before the start will receive a 50% refund. The booking fee is not refundable. Upon cancellation, if within the cancellation policy’s time frame, if the guest has paid for their booking via card, the guest will receive their set refund minus card payment processing fees

𝗚𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘀 𝗡𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀; Guest numbers must not exceed the number of guests stated on the booking. The house has a maximum occupancy limit of 8 persons including adults & children.

A non-refundable booking fee of $55.00 applies to each reservation.
