Just steps away from South Middle Beach and a short walk to Smugglers, Seaview, and Parkers River Beach. 4 bedrooms, 2 baths with central A/C and hi speed Wi-Fi. New flooring throughout and a slider that leads out to your private deck offering serene views of Crowell Pond and further off ocean views, with a gas grill. Ample parking for family or friends. Two bedrooms upstairs with 5 beds. Both have an outside terrace to enjoy the scenic views. Two Bedroom downstairs with 2 more beds (sleeps a total of 13). This former Red Jacket vacation cottage is just down the road from the famous Skipper's Chowder House i. It is very conveniently located to all the area attractions including mini golf, Cape Cod Rail, bike trails, Bass River boating & fishing, shopping on Route 28, Ice Cream, Saltwater Taffy & Souvenir Shops. Book now for preferred weeks! Self check in now available. Linens provided.

Wilfin Stay

Overall the rental was amazing. The house was a great size to accommodate a good sized group and had good amenities. It was a nice close location to activities and the beach! The only thing that was not great was the check in and check out process. This was the first rental I’ve ever stayed at where we had to drive to pick up the key and then drive to drop it off. I would push to have the property managers drop them and or have a lockbox on site.

Perfect house

Perfect house for a family/friend/group outing. Plenty of room for all. Short walk to the beach and plenty of things to do in Yarmouth and in the neighboring towns. I look forward to staying here again.
