LIVING SPACE - Spacious 2600+ sq ft home and guest house with living room, TV, fireplace, and kitchen, ceiling fans, dining table, bar seating, gas/wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 4 bedroom, 4 bath. Upstairs master bedroom has a king bed and private bath. Downstairs second bedroom has a queen bed. Downstairs third bedroom has a queen bed. Downstairs fourth bedroom has a double/twin bunk bed and twin bed. Guest house with 2 additional bedrooms. Bedroom five has a queen bed. Bedroom six has a double/twin bunk bed and a twin bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, stove with oven, double door refrigerator with ice maker and water dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

Turn the thermostat to 55 degrees. Do not turn off heaters, may result in frozen pipes. Cabins with a hot tub must have jets shut off, cover on and locked. Wash, dry, and put away all dishes.
Remove all trash and take to the appropriate trash site location. See confirmation for address. Trash removal is the City/County Law and not our rule.
Text us at 909-403-3217 upon departure and leave the name of the cabin. Report any damages or information we should be aware of about the property.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
