OVERVIEW: This home in "The Pines" will wow you! Come and relax in this recently renovated 3BR, 2BA, two-level single-family home that is handicap accessible. Yes, that is correct; a beautiful beach home that is wheelchair accessible. The bottom level of this home offers a well-thought-out renovation with expanded door jams, ramps to get in and out of the home, pavers from the street for easy wheelchair access to the ramp and street, a bottom level primary bedroom w/ ensuite, removable ramp for a rear three-season room, and so much more. On the bottom level of this home, you will find an amazing renovated kitchen w/ stainless steel appliances, quartz kitchen countertops, beautiful tiled floor, hardwood flooring, living room w/ flat-screen TV, blue-ray DVD, and dining table to accommodate eight people plus island area for more seating. The second level offers two bedrooms, a large rear deck, and a full bathroom. Sleeping eight people comfortably, no detail was forgotten; beach equipment and beach wagon are available to our guests.
LOCATION: "The Pines" is a fantastic location with beautiful scenery and wooded lots, only five blocks to our Famous Rehoboth Beach & Boardwalk and only one block to Rehoboth Ave. Rehoboth Beach is known for its five-star quality dining. This home is within walking distance of famous restaurants like Dog Fish Head, Summerhouse, Crystal Diner, Cultured Pearl, and many more. Take advantage of Grove Street's large community playground, stroll to Lewes using the Junction Breakwater Trail just a few blocks away, check out our TAX-FREE Tanger Outlets, or have a fun day with the kids at Jungle Jim's water park. Take advantage of our local Jolly Trolley and spend a day or evening in Dewey Beach; our beautiful town has so much to do.
PARKING: Private driveway for three cars.
AMENITIES: Screened-in porch, washer and dryer, ceiling fans, 2nd-level balcony, Wi-Fi, and electronic keypad system for easy check-in and check-out.
THINGS TO KNOW: 2026-New mattress installed for the ground-level primary bed, the second-level queen bedroom, and new furniture pieces. The 249.99 processing fee is non-refundable in the event you cancel. The owner has a cat and has been on the property. Linens are not supplied. However, we do offer a rental package to guests. This home rents from Saturday to Saturday during the prime summer months. No pets and no smoking!
Please note that the VRBO service fee is charged separately by VRBO and is not imposed by the Host. As a result, your credit card will reflect two separate charges: one from VRBO for the service fee and one from the Host for the rental charges. The VRBO service fee will not appear on the Rental Agreement.

Rehoboth Beach Family Vacation

When we arrived the house was clean and ready for our family to start our vacation. The house was perfect for our family and made it seem as if it was our home. It was the perfect distance from the boardwalk and still within walking distance of all shops. We will be looking at this property for future trips.

We really enjoyed the outdoor screened in porch as well as the inside rooms. We especially appreciated how the fans and light switches were labeled. Having the use of a wagon and beach equipment was just so convenient.Great location with parking permits were another plus.We loved being there with our family.

Very comfortable with well equipped kitchen. The light switches and dimmers were very confusing at first but we figured it out finally. Great location with wonderful proximity to restaurants, boardwalk and farmer's market. Loved the 2 parking passes. Would definitely come back!

Great for a group

Came as a group of 8 friends and had a great time. Access to the beach supplies in the shed was a huge bonus and made the trip to the beach from the house pretty easily walkable

Great House

We had a great time staying here. The house is kid friendly with an open floor plan, bunk beds, and outdoor shower. We had a great time playing in the backyard and walking to Rehoboth avenue. The house was perfect for our family of five.

Great Rehoboth House

This house was great! It accommodated everyone and their expectations. The beds were comfortable the patios were great and the neighbors / walk ability was very convenient. The only thing i will note was the lack of toilet paper and paper towels. Other than that, I plan to come back next year!

We originally booked the property for 2 kids, 5 able-bodied adults and one in a wheelchair. The guest in a wheelchair wasn't able to make it, but it would have been perfect for him. He would have been able to get around the first floor without assistance.

Great location and space

There were a few things left behind from the former renter before us we had to make sure was removed upon us checking out to avoid getting penalized for it. Size is good for a group of 6. Rooms not as quiet and extremely bright so hard for kiddos to sleep or nap without darkness.

Great home in a great location

Really, everything was wonderful. We were certainly happy and would stay again for sure! I would just note that you have to bring your own linens/towels or rent them from ReMax. And that if you have young ones that will wake up with light, know that the bedroom curtains do not block out too much light and also that there are high windows in the upstairs bedrooms that have no curtains, so there is a lot of morning light coming in from there as well. But other than that, it was perfect - thank you!

Excellent property for wheelchair user

Overall a great property. Clean, comfortable, modern. We loved having the windows open and enjoying the sea breezes. Kitchen was easy to cook in. It was an easy walk to the main shopping area and restaurants, and the bikes were a nice bonus too. Best of all, the modifications for a wheelchair user were perfect. Our daughter uses a wheelchair and it was very comfortable for her as well- ramps, wide doorways, roll in shower with handheld sprayer, pocket doors, etc. The rocks in the driveway were tricky for our wheelchair van, but we managed. A lovely vacation spot for us- which is not easy to find!! Thank you!

Great accessible home!

Thank you so much for sharing a wonderful accessible home! My husband is in a wheelchair and had no issues getting in or out of the home! The only complaints would be the plants growing up through the ramp and the stone driveway. He got his power chair stuck in the stones on day 2 and we had to call 911 to get him out, not a big deal but stones are hard for wheelchairs. The kitchen and bathrooms are great and we loved the screened in porch! Thank you for the use of the bikes, such a nice ride to the beach and around Rehoboth! The house was really clean ( except one upstairs closet had candy wrappers in it and there were socks left in the dresser.) The grill worked great and the back yard, though small provided some bird and squirrel watching!

Clean and great location

We were very happy with how clean the location is. It was just under a mile down to the boardwalk/Beach and made for a great morning walk. So wonderful location for people who want to walk and explore. Linens aren't provided so just make sure not only you bring bath towels but a bath mat and hand towels to dry off your hands. Extra blankets too, only a single blanket was provided on the bed and was very thin. Overall, we would stay again!

This was our second time at the House; we stayed here last summer. Both times we’ve enjoyed the comforts and cleanliness of the house and the great location. Accessible and Comfortable

The main reason we selected this home was because of the walk-in shower and accessible ramp. The house was nicely decorated and very clean on check-in. Not very close to the beach for walking, but parking passes were included so we just drove and parked in an un-metered area right next to the beach. Not sure how to judge the whole experience because of the COVID restrictions, but we enjoyed a very relaxing week and made use of the very well stocked kitchen. Thank you also for having a starter quantity of supplies! Would stay again if we come to Rehoboth area!

Beach Week

The house was great. If we didn’t have an 1.5 yr old and a 3 year old the bedrooms would have worked. Because of the openness of the second floor and the skylights, it just didn’t work at night. We had to leave the downstairs lights off except for the kitchen when the children went to bed. Would not recommend if you have toddlers. Upstairs bathroom was tiny. Nice deck and screened in porch and yard.Comfortable house.
