Sanibel 1405 is a two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath condo with an incredible view of the Gulf and Little Lagoon from the 14th floor. Located just across the street from the beach, with public beach access on 13th Street, only 100 yards away.

Condo Features:



• Access to the balcony from the living room and dining room



• Tile flooring throughout the unit



• Fully equipped kitchen with everything you could need in your home away from home. Dining room table seats eight, with four barstools for additional seating.

• Second bedroom features a queen-size bed and a set of twin bunk beds (*Children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunk)
