The Space: Baxter at Lake George Winery by Tiny Away is the perfect family staycation with a queen-sized bed up in the loft and a couch, which can be converted into a single bed on the ground floor.
A cozy 190-square-foot tiny home and family-friendly accommodation with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly compost toilet, a hand basin, and a shower (gas-heated for hot showers).
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you're booking for a group, we also have two holiday homes, "Rae," located about 8 meters away, available with 24 hours' notice in advance. Keep in mind that these homes are rented out as well, so you may encounter other guests in shared areas.
Guest Access: Guests will have access to the tiny home and its surrounding areas.
The Neighborhood: Lake George's holiday homes are situated in a small town next to Lerida Estate, which is open seven days a week, and just a short 10 km drive from the town of Collector. Where you can explore restaurants, cafes, wineries, and activities.

Other Things to Note: - Pet are not allowed - Mobile reception is good - Family Friendly Accommodation - No smoking allowed on the property - No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed - Please do not enter animal paddocks or yards without the land host's permission
Pre-orders
- A complimentary firewood will be provided. - If additional firewood is needed, there will be a $20 charge per batch, to be paid directly to land host on site. Alternatively, you are welcome to bring your own firewood. - We have restaurant and cellar door onsite and is open from Wednesday to Sunday from 10am to 5pm. - Dinner orders can be placed and collected during these hours or we can place the food in your tiny house if you are checking in late. Please call our restaurant to arrange this.

- Please dispose of your trashes properly when you leave the tiny house - Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property - Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban - Please report any damages or breakages inside or outside the property 24 hours before your departure - There is another tiny house on this property which is also rented out, so expect some company from other guests - For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the [compost/cassette] toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.

A beautiful location in the vineyards near Lake George, this tiny house was lovely to stay in. The locals were very friendly- kangaroo mob for breakfast.
