Great Spot!

Stayed for a quick trip with my wife, and this place was wonderful. Clean, comfortable, and great views. We will be back with the family to use the pool this summer!

Good size house, needs maintenance

The check-in was easy, house was very clean. We had issues with two bathrooms plumbing. Showers make a loud sound that can wake up someone sleeping. The primary bath did not drain well. The primary toilet kept running all night and day. Also there is a television downstairs that had no way to turn on bc the cord could not reach the outlet-!? That was odd. I requested an extension cord and it was brought the next morning but why would this not be checked prior? There were extra pillows and blankets but no sheets/covers for them… Overall the maintenance of the house needs better attention. These are important details and I had to text the property manager more than once. I just gave up since our stay was only a few nights. We come to Leavenworth every year but I won’t book again.

Leavenworth WA house.

The property was nice overall. One problem was the stairs. In our group we had a person that is a paraplegic. It was hard for her to get up and down, since the main level of the house was on the upper level. The day before check in we were told the pool would not be available. The pool was the reason we rented this house.

Pool was closed with zero notice

Very disappointed. We rented this house for the pool. To show up and have it be closed. Hours later we are given a sorry there was an incident.

Great house/pool, otherwise disappointing.

Our recent stay at this Vrbo in Leavenworth, Washington left us pretty disappointed and frustrated. The first of many problems occurred when Google maps for the address sent us on a loop. After arrival, the “front” door was very stuck and was a hassle to open. We were hoping to have a 5/5 experience from there. Leavenworth is 15 min walking distance, house and pool were beautiful and clean, and it fit all of the guests. The experience was marred by an incessant intrusion of staff members from the rental company, who made their presence felt on six separate occasions during our brief two-night stay. Even if the rules/info book stated how staff will come to take care of the place during longer stays, we can’t help but feel it was an intrusion of privacy when we only stayed for two nights. Furthermore, the lack of functioning air conditioning throughout our stay left us struggling to find comfort in the summer heat. The extra towels for the pool and hot tub was great to have, but other amenities like soap were below average in quality. The cumulative effect of these issues greatly diminished the overall quality of our experience and left us questioning the value of our rental choice. It's disheartening to have our expectations dashed, and we sincerely hope that the rental company takes steps to rectify these issues for future guests, ensuring a more enjoyable, relaxing, and hassle-free experience.
