Stayed 9 nights here. Great, safe, clean, convenient location. Charming property. A couple things to note: the bathroom is very tight and there is nowhere to put toiletries, so bring hooks/suction cups to hang toiletries bag, and the mini fridge freezer does not get cold enough to make ice, just so you know. The fan is loud but helps to drown out (minor) street noise (and snoring...lol...). Would recommend.
Very easy check in process and fantastic location! Apartment was clean and well laid out. Only cons were the shower door didn’t fully seal, leading to the bathmat becoming very wet, and the apartment lock getting a little stuck. Would stay here again!
Although tiny, this apartment has great style, up to date appliances, very clean and comfortable for one or two. Fabulous location, we walked to the galleries, gardens, station, cafes.
I had lots to pack into the weekend where Sydney offered the biennial art exhibition, vivid, the writers festival and so much more, it was the perfect place to call home for 2 wonderful days and nights.
This apartment was so close to the train station! It was in a cute neighborhood and felt so safe and quaint. The apartment had everything we needed, and the host was so helpful with questions we had. Would definitely recommend you stay here if you’re thinking about it!

Thank you Loralee for the lovely review and for being a marvellous guest. Hope to see you again sometime. Cheers, Julie
Disappointing as it was the first few days into Spring and it was over the top HOT in the unit. No screens on the windows, no AC, sooo tiny you had to turn sideways to get into the bathroom. It was definitely not what I expected. It was a great location.

You must be a giant Jeff. And the listing clearly states several times, no air conditioning. There were fans available to you. Sorry it wasn’t to your liking.
We appreciated the location which allowed us to walk to the beach as well as the botanical garden and the Opera House. It was easy to get to using the subway T4. The property manager, Julie was excellent at quickly answering questions.
we had an amazing time at this little flat. it has everything what you need for a mid-term-stay 😊
we would definitely come back again!
julie was so pleasant and good to reach out!

A really great place to stay! Has everything you need, super close to the shops, train etc. The bed was also so comfy!! I would 100% stay again. The vintage store downstairs is also insane and worth a look! Host is also super responsive and accommodating. Thanks for having me :)
Very good place, near many eateries and with some good walks by the water. Fully equipped and spacious apartment. The host Julie was nice, helpful and communicative.
Thanks!
Julie was a wonderful host. She was very flexible and able to allow us some additional access to the apartment when our travel schedule changed. This was a lifesaver!
A character apartment in a character location with a myriad of characters.
And easy to get to the Art Gallery to see the Kandinsky and Bourgeois exhibitions. More characters!

Liked: Check-in, communication, location
Disliked: Cleanliness, listing accuracy
Apartment had a good location, the bed was fine, access was straightforward, owner was responsive. However, the pictures are instagrammish and do not show the dirt. The apartment needs a thorough clean to get rid of things like the thick dust on the chandelier, black grime on skirting boards, grubby dining room carpet etc. Also the bathroom was poor - nowhere to put anything and the shower flooded the bathroom floor (intended as there is a drain). Overall somewhat disappointing for the price. Could be better with a very thorough clean
