Your booking is for the whole house. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided and included in the price.
We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.
Sorry no bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones. Hens parties by application only. Please message through your plans and we will come back to you promptly.
Well behaved pets welcome but not on furniture or beds and all traces of pet need to be cleaned up prior to departure. Extra charges apply if this is not done.

Nice home that made our family feel welcome all week. Highlights were the cosy couches, table tennis and comfortable beds. Walk to the beach and cafes was really convenient. A bathroom or toilet and basin in the bunk beds room in the garage would have been a good idea so we could use it to sleep overnight, but otherwise the house was great.

The property that we stayed in was a good property! It was not too far from the beach and it wasn't too far from the places that we needed to go to. It was an ideal location. The only thing that I'd have to comment on is just the spider webs in some parts of the house. Otherwise, it's a good location for a weekend getaway.

Great house for our family xmas and holiday. We felt comfortable straight away and as it was Christmas did a fair bit of cooking. Kitchen had everything we needed (except a mixer-but wouldn't have normally needed one had it not been xmas ,also the oven needed a little attention before being used.) Beds clean and comfortable- could have done with another double bed but that was just the make up of our group.( 3 couples and a single) Could have done with another couch for that reason as well.The dog had a great yard to explore.
While it was walking distance to the beach it was a big walk- would have like it a little closer to the beach.
We all felt it was a fantastic house to spend some time together.
