Close to the buzz of Hawksburn Village yet our modest, little Art Deco house is quiet and cozy. There are 2 bedrooms with QB inside and a bungalow with DB outside across the courtyard. Perfect for couples, a little family or a few friends to use as a base. Cafes, restaurants, supermarket, food stores, clothing, homewares stores and public transport are very close. The CBD & sports venues are 15 mins by train. Free street parking.

Great stay in Hawksburn/Prahran

A great little cottage with 3 bedrooms. We had 4 adults in our party and it fit us all comfortably. Fantastic location!

Susan is an absolute fantastic host, communication 2nd to none, any query big or small she is happy to help, the property is exceptionally maintained, clean, extra bedding available, A/C in every bedroom and lounge, there is also a bungalow type room out the back, condiments, coffee, tea, pantry goods etc all supplied, fantastic area and close to transport, restaurants, shops etc, thanks again Susan, we'll be back. ;-)

Clean and comfortable

Extremely clean and comfortable in a good location. We enjoyed being able to sit outside in the back courtyard. We appreciated having the second half bathroom, and also the air-conditioning as we stayed during a hot spell.

Wonderful Cosy Stay

We stay here with three adults and three “kids”. The place is clean and cosy along with having all of your essentials easily accessible. we were out all day and home late but it only took a few minute to heat the place up before we jumped into bed. Susan was a wonderful host and even delivered some hot water bottles incase we were cold! Communication was second to none and more than happy to help out in any way possible.

This house has a small, grassed backyard with outdoor dining setting and BBQ. The house is in a very convenient area, free parking, close to cafés and shops and public transport. And it’s so quiet despite being in central Melbourne.
