This home was built primarily as a residence and offers a couple of unique features that you'll most likely not find in other properties. Water filtration system installed April 2022. No need to buy bottled water. Protected exterior sitting areas keep you blocked from the wind and rain! 5 of the 6 bedrooms have outside entrances so you can come and go without disturbing others. Approximate square footage 3300. 2 living areas, spacious decking, oversized private ocean front pool (salt water chlorinated, can be heated for $200 extra per week during 3/1-5/30 and 9/1-11/1 if air temp is not below 55F), small dog friendly, and the list goes on of reasons why SeaBatical is your vacation home go-to for all things fun and relaxing! This home is NON-SMOKING.
