On this level is the main living areas, kitchen and outdoor area with multiple seating areas for families to enjoy.

North Avoca Beach is only a short stroll away and the local cafe is just a leisurely walk too, or wonder down the beach to Avoca. It is only a short drive to either Terrigal or Avoca Beach or even Erina Fair for shopping or movies.
