North Avoca 'Chill Out'- A fabulous position just across the road from the beach. Contemporary and sleek in its design, this residence boasts a magnificent in ground pool. Modern and stylishly furnished. The kitchen/dining area flow seamlessly out to the perfect undercover area overlooking the pool and pavilion. An ideal location to spend your holidays and room for the family plus extended family. It doesn't get better than this!! Make this your home away from home for Summer - you'll want to return year after year.

The spacious lounge room is situated toward the rear of the house, opening onto the deck and pool. The kitchen is in the centre of the house offering great sight lines to the pool and yard. Bedroom 4 and a large bathroom with shower is also on this level.

Upstairs boasts the main bedroom which has a king size bed, walk in robe and ensuite with bath. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed. Bedroom 3 has 2 king singles. Between Bedrooms 2 and 3 is another full bathroom with large shower.

The pavilion is a great space for extended family. It has a lounge area with a TV and table tennis table, and kitchenette. There are two bedrooms each with two king single beds and another bathroom with shower.

There is a laundry in the main house with washer and dryer and outdoor clothesline. There is also an outdoor shower with hot and cold water.

Just a wonderful space to chill out and relax for all the family.

Linen and bath towels are provided just bring your own beach towels.

Stunning & Spacious

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. Great location, very spacious, comfortable and clean. Would highly recommend anyone to stay here and we would love to return!
