LAKESIDE RETREAT level 1 minute walk to beach own pool

We offer a modern 2 bedroom retreat that has air conditioners in each bedroom and lounge room. Each room has fans and smart TV's. The lounge/dining and kitchen areas overlook YOUR OWN PRIVATE 10m long fully tiled pool with lakefront reserve in the background. The main bedroom has a Queen bed and the second bedroom can either be made up as 2 x singles or 1 x Queen-PLEASE ensure we know your bedding requirements prior to your stay. All beds will be made up with professionally laundered white sheets and we provide fluffy white towels for each guest. It is a short (2 minute) drive over the hill to Terrigal where you will find more dining choices and bars, hotels etc. There are many activities available such as boating, diving and whale watching tours. It is a level 200m stroll to the beach and you can also walk across the sand to Avoca village. Here you will find a selection of quality cafes, restaurants and tennis courts. There is also a charming old cinema that features the latest (as well as alternative) movies . They also host music, comedy and themed events. Fishing and surfing are favourite past times in the area. Every 4th Sunday the popular Avoca markets happen on the lakefront-food, music, arts/crafts, something for everyone. We are sure you will enjoy the fabulous facilities and location of the LAKESIDE RETREAT.
Please note it is a quiet area and definitely no parties allowed-noise to a minimum after 10 pm.

Lisa was a generous host. The place was exactly as described. The location was fantastic being very close walk to beach and shops. The pool and view/outlook from the back of property was a bonus. Highly recommend this place!

Hello-we have been living on the Central Coast for decades but were originally from Sydney. We loved our holidays up the coast and always dreamed of being able to provide accommodation for others to enjoy this beautiful area.

Why they chose this property

We are right on the pristine Avoca Lake and reserve and yet a short walk to all that Avoca has to offer. It is also a 2 minute drive over the hill to the hustle and bustle of Terrigal. Further afield (but still pretty close) there are beautiful bush walks, shopping centres, coastal walks etc.

What makes this property unique

We provide a 10 metre pool for your sole use as well as a gorgeous lakeside view. Simply stroll a couple of hundred metres along the road and you arrive at the beautiful North Avoca Beach. It is patrolled at each end and there is a safe rock pool at the southern end.
