Host was communicative and timely with responses. The villa was beautiful and a perfect spot for our seven sister reunion! We loved each having our own bedroom. We spent lots of time in the outdoor space and pool and enjoyed using the kayaks.

Perfect Spring Break Vacay

Everything was wonderful! Patrick was friendly and very accommodating with any of our needs! The house was beautiful and well kept! The location is perfect and close to supermarkets restaurants etc. we would love to stay here again in the future!

Great getaway for group

Beautiful home, great amenities! We really had a lovely time. We struggled a bit with the pool - heater and filter stopped working but the owners were responsive and had someone over as soon as they could to resolve the issue. I’d strongly recommend this home ❤️

Amazing property

The property was absolutely perfect for our needs. Our extended family came into town to celebrate Mom/ Grandma/ Great Grandma's 88th birthday. The property was perfectly equipped and we felt at home very quickly. Thank you for sharing it with us.

Canal very pretty. Location and restaurants great. Manager Very responsive when inquired about cleaning pool and sent someone out to clean the pool right away. Everything marked well. Still a little rebuilding from Hurricane but most things were still open.

You name it, it's there!

We stayed here for a weekend of college hockey against FGCU. The property is beautiful. This home has PLENTY of kitchen and dining items for a large group. Shampoo, conditioner and body soap was provided. We had an issue with the toilet leaking and the owners were on top of it and keeping in contact regarding the issue for the entire weekend. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. The pool and jacuzzi were so comfortable. Everything in this home is conveniently labeled so you don't need to search far to find something you need. Comfortable and beautifully furnished. This home is a 10! Thank you for hosting us, we hope to see you again in the future.

The entire family together for a week - what a trip!

We had our family all under one roof for an entire week. This property was absolutely perfect. It provided comfortable sleeping arrangements for everyone and a layout that made the week flow beautifully. We rented a boat and had easy access to all things SW Florida, dolphins jumping your wake during sunset sound fun? The pool and hot-tub were warm and provided endless hours of entertainment even when the weather was cool. The kayaks and paddle boards were a fun way to take a moment to get away and explore. The kitchen is wonderfully equipped, we cooked most meals at the house and had everything we would need to make what we wanted. The blackstone, ninja and spices were especially appreciated, so often rental properties are bare, this was not the case and everything they had made our stay easy. The living room with the large TV made the football game even more fun and the karaoke machine... we had wigs delivered to the house and made an evening out of it. It was a hoot. The garage with extra fridge, lifejackets, cooler and lawn chairs is attached to the house. Communication with the owner was easy and they were very kind to us. We truly are leaving with our hearts full, we got out of this trip everything we were hoping for and more. Thank you for providing us the space to make family memories.

This has to be one of the very best vacation homes we've ever stayed at before. It's very hard to find an affordable, nice, spacious 7 bedroom home that allows pets. This home had literally everything we could possibly need and then more! They provided many conveniences such as coolers, beach chairs, life jackets, fishing poles, kayaks, pool toys, floaties, multiple refrigerators, etc. etc. etc. and actually had good quality sundries as well - paper towel, garbage bags, toilet paper, hair and body washes, laundry detergent, spices, alum foil/plastic wrap, ziplock bags, plus more. The pool table was great entertainment and the outdoor griddle and gas grill were awesome as well. Loved that they had good quality dishes and also plastic wear that was safe to use in the pool area outside. Just such a fantastic home and you can tell they put a lot of thought into making it a home away from home! We would love to stay here again in the future!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
